一、活动背景
我班同学有二十八名共青团员，一名群众，同学们在初中、高中阶段都接受了良好的团组织教育。
而现在我们已进入大二，更加需要适应社会环境，包括生活环境和思想环境，思想环境即继续培养团员思想，努力提高思想境界。
十一月是我们中南林业科技大学涉外学院一年一度的团建月，这是一次非常好的机会改进思想并丰富课余生活。
通过这次活动，同学们可以正确认识自我，理性定位自我，树立信心。

五、活动开展
1.前期宣传：
⑴组织召开班会，了解共青团知识，并宣布预备开始团
建月活动。
地点：2305教室
时间：2013年11月9日
⑵在新浪微博、人人网和QQ群等网上平台发布关于团建
月活动的开展消息，召集同学们积极参与。
⑶组织班委去各寝室进行宣传，提供详细信息。
地点：英语一班各同学寝室
时间：2013年11月9-11月10日
2.活动流程
⑴中南林业科技大学涉外学院团委建设月启动仪式。
地点：图书馆报告厅
时间：11月8日
⑵召开民主生活会，共同探讨活动相关事宜，由组织委员
组织制定班级生活规定，整顿不文明习惯，提出同学们在
生活中还存在的学习或生活习惯问题。
团支书宣读班级生活
规定。
寝室、课堂、交通文明及社会公德等精神文明进行大
讨论；对自身所在支部存在的不文明行为进行整顿；增强集
体意识，提高团队的战斗力。
提升学习氛围，形成良好的学
习自主性。

⑶召开支部团员大会后，班级组成团章、团史宣传小组，搜集
相关资料，到各寝室进行宣传，组织同学们学习党史、团史
和《学习涉外学院共青团指南》、《团章》，鼓励本班共青团员
发挥模范带头作用。

⑷召开学业与职业生涯规划座谈会，组织全体团员畅谈职业理想，规划未来，树立良好的就业择业观念，努力提高自身修养与增强自己的专业知识。

（5）召开安全教育主题班会，针对全体团员进行防火防盗防诈骗等知识的宣传，寝室用电、门窗反锁、外出活动等方面教育。

（6）组织全体团员进行公益支教活动，为孩子们献爱心，给他们上课，传递爱心与知识。

(7)为节约能源，各寝室提前半小时（于11点）熄灯。

(8)组成海报宣传小组，制作团建月海报。

(9)举行一次关于11月份“团建月”的总结会，总结这一个月的收获与感想，同学们互相交流心得，做好一份总结册和手抄报，并评选出优秀总结进行表彰。

(10)与其他班级交流团建月后活动心得，并陈述人生目标。

六、活动成果
构建社会主义文明新校园，提高广大共青团员的自身素质和文明修养，进一步加强基层团组织的建设工作，充分发挥共青团组织在在加强改进大学生思想政治中的作用，促进我院共青团工作健康发展。
七、活动注意事项
1．注重确保活动的可行性。
在安排活动时综合考虑各方面因素，让尽量多的同学参与进来；开展活动的内容要结合班级的实际情况。
2.注重突出活动的公益性。
开展活动的主题应以公益性、学习性为主，以体现当代学生团员的特色。
为了考虑支部凝聚力的建设，也可适当开展文娱活动。
3．注重扩大活动的影响力。
在开展活动时，可以通过各种方式，扩大活动的影响力和知名度。
例如网络媒体或校刊、校报。
4.注重保持活动的延续性。
为了保证活动的效果，杜绝形式主义。
