摘要

毕业设计是我们最后一次较全面的设计训练，是大学四年的最后一个教学环节。CA6140型车床是我国设计制造的普通精度级卧式车床，在我国机械制造类工厂中使用非常广泛。

CA6140型卧式车床的工艺范围很广，它能完成多种多样的加工工序：加工各种轴类、套筒类和盘类零件上的回转表面，如车削内外圆柱面、圆锥面、环槽及成型回转面；车削端面及各种常用的螺纹(公制螺纹、英制螺纹、模数制螺纹和径节制螺纹)，还可以进行扩孔、钻孔、铰孔和滚花等工作。

CA6140型卧式车床的万能性较大，但结构较复杂而且自动化程度低，在加工形状比较复杂的工件时，换刀较麻烦，加工过程中的辅助时间较多，所以适合于单件、小批生产及修理车间。

CA6140型卧式车床的加工对象主要是轴类零件和直径不太大的盘类零件，故采用卧式布局。为了适应工人用右手操纵的习惯和便于观察、测量，主轴箱布置在左端。车床主轴箱三支承均用滚动轴承，进给箱系统用双轴滑移公用齿轮机构；纵向与横向进给由十字手柄操纵，并附有快速电机，该机床刚性好，功率大，操作方便。经济比较实惠。

所以研究CA6140型车床具有经济，学术的现实意义。通过对CA6140型车床的主轴箱的传动设计和制造的设计与分析可以使我们对大学四年所学的课程进行
