火凤凰汽车音响评分

火鳳凰汽车音响评分作为一名拥有近20年汽车音响从业经验的汽车音响发烧友，火凤凰汽车音响评测中心的车友对于汽车音响的了解往往不会局限于汽车音响本身，而是更多的是会把音乐放在他们的首位，对于汽车音响的改装更是不遗余力。

我也是在看到改装后音响改装效果很好后才决定去改装一辆这样功能完善而且性价比较高、改装空间也较大的车。

就这样我被这辆音响改装成了一辆能聆听音乐到深夜的家庭影院车。

这套音响配置为三分频设计、声音定位精准、动态表现细腻、性价比高，为我的爱车打造了一款高品质影院级音乐享受车。

目前我个人最喜欢的一套音乐曲目是 JBL音乐录音棚版的《DUBO》、《Music Time》和《Reverse Temperature》。

这套音响由 JBL公司设计并打造而成。

整个音响配置非常简单、实用。

1、前声场三分频: JBL天籁X1,定位精准JBL天籁X1的前声场三分频是一款有着很高性价比和非常优秀音响音质的音响。

采用三声道无损安装，喇叭安装在后备箱下方的位置，前后声道分离。

后声场中置采用倒相式设计，声音定位精准。

前声道喇叭安装在前门板下方位置，后声场中置扬声器安装在尾箱下侧位置，这样整个前声场定位更加的精准和自然。

JBL天籁X1作为一款主打家庭影院音质的音响系统，拥有很好的性价比优势。

所以对整个配置不太要求太高，只要有钱就可以完成升级需求。

JBL天籁X1在声场喇叭和低频喇叭采用了双中置低音设计与一体双球顶高音单元之间用橡胶密封圈固定好关系。

可以实现360°环绕输出声音。

能够提供更稳定、更高品质的声音表达效果，也能有效降低失真现象出现。

2、中低音单元：美声魔贝Q7在改装音响时，第一步就是更换美声魔贝Q7的中低音单元，也就是低音单元部分。

这款单元采用全铝制一体成型焊接、铝合金箱体构造，表面采用哑光质感处理，配合铝制箱体结构抗氧化和耐腐蚀，抗冲击能力强、耐热性能好，耐冲击能力强、不开裂。

同时还能增加低音量感和下潜，增强低频下潜力度和深度。

CC车上拆下来的丹拿（Dynaudio）喇叭此次升级配置清单主机先锋P99前声场喜力士C63C功放喜力士A4 喜力士A2 ARC XDI1000.1 低音喜力士P10E电容喜力士1法拉电容*2线材俄罗斯切尔诺夫喇叭线鸣悦音频线工艺主机倒模A柱倒模先上一张全家福A柱倒模安装喜力士C63C三分频套装喇叭的高音单元和中音单元，A柱倒模能更好定位高音角度，拓宽声场效果，同时与人耳向齐的水平位置，使得聆听能更加惬意的欣赏曼妙音乐。

而且安装好之后的A柱有着出色的视觉效果，能从视觉感官上恰到好处的烘托出整台车的音响氛围，达到赏心悦目的效果安装中低音喇叭的时候，因为原车喇叭安装的时候是原车标准位置，所以我们安装喇叭的时候会用高密度板材做一个最合适的安装位置垫圈，当然木垫圈都是经过防水处理的，整个木垫圈周围都刷上一层专业的环保防水材料。

木垫圈安装之后，接着安装上防水喇叭垫圈，防水喇叭垫圈把新装的喇叭整个都保护起来，让雨水不会滴落到喇叭上，造成喇叭生锈，影响喇叭的使用寿命主机正在倒模中，旁边内饰贴上美纹纸避免被弄脏。

But depending on the placement of the video display or projection screen, this is not always possible.If the center channel must be located below head level, then an upward tilt of the speaker is recommended to improve mid/high frequency response and dialogue intelligibility.Note: When purchased as a matching surround package, the versatile PrimeSatellite functions as all channels of the system, including the center channel.Prime Center Prime SatelliteSurround SpeakersIn a 5-channel system, the side surround speakers should be located 90-110 degrees off-axis. For the best sense of spaciousness, the tweeter height should be about 2 feet above ear level.In a 7.1 system, dedicated rear surround speakers are placed behind the primary seating position for enhanced rear panning effects.Place the rear surround speakers at 135-150 degrees off-axis, relative to the primary seating position. AIWA CDC-X1765MYL汽车音响“复活”记(上)

1、一台废弃的汽车音响
近日，在整理我的零件资源库时，一台AIWA CDC-X1765MYL汽车音响主机映入我的眼帘。

这应该是10年前入手的一台机子，当时是准备作为拆机零件包用的，因为看起来电路板比较完整，又是AIWA的牌子，所以就手下留情，让它“偷生”至今。

这台音响的CD机芯机械部分有故障，又没有控制面板，所以没法使用。

拆机检查了一下，主控芯片，音量控制，功放，收音头。

通过网上搜来的电路图和说明书，知道它的控制面板是以PD16432B为核心的带按钮输人和液晶显示驱动电路。

网络上搜遍了，也没有这个面板的介绍和出售。

甚至连这台机器的介绍资料都没有。

难怪，这台机器应该是AIWA为欧美汽车OEM制造的，国内市场肯定是没有的，生产年限也是很久远了。

要自己再造一块控制面板，难度确实有点大。

如果要这台机器起死回生，就必须另辟蹊径了。

2、改造设计思路
因为CD机芯存在故障，一时难以修复，且使用CD的机率实在不高，所以，暂时不管CD 功能。

因为主要看中的是AIWA音响的音质，所以，重点是功放、音量控制功能的恢复。

一旦成功，就可以改造成为一台四路输入、4×34W的四通道功放，用手机作为音源，足以满足非专业的耳朵需求。

顺便把FM功能恢复，听听FM音乐也不错。

这些外围芯片，都受CPU的控制，如何让CPU接收我的指令呢?必须要按CPU的通信协议，向它发送控制指令，并接收它发回的显示信息。

前面已经介绍，自己再造控制面板的难度有点大，而且要掌握它的通信控制协议确实不是一时半会儿就能够完成的。

因此，我的想法是，自已用一块51单片机作为新的主控芯片，取代原来的CPU，对收音头、音量控制、功放IC进行控制。

输入和显示可以用手里闲置的一块7”触摸屏，瞬间就“高、大、上”了许多。

改造后的系统设计如图1所示。

3、音量控制IC LC75374E
LC75374E是SNAYO公司生产的车载音响电子音量、音调控制集成电路。

外围原件很少。

能够提供音量、平衡、低音、高音、超重低音/高音调节以及4路立体声音源切换控制功能。

具有81级音量控制、16级平衡控制、15级低音和高音控制、11级超重低音/高音控制、16级输入增益控制和3级输出增益控制。

所有功能通过CCB串行总线进行控制。

CCB是三洋公司制定的一种串行原始总线格式，所有的芯片总线地址均由三洋公司分配和掌握。

CCB控制时序图见图2。

CCB控制协议要求应用程序必须按规定的时序和数据格式进行串行数据的传输。

CCB控制信息是单向传输控制，即由单片机控制LC75374E，无反馈信号。

总线由CE、CL和DI三条线组成。

CE是控制使能信号，单片机给CE置高电平时，可以输入数据，完成后置低电平；DI是数据线，按时序串行输出地址和数据；CL是移位时钟信号，每1位数据对应1个时钟脉冲信号。

LC75374E控制指令每帧有52位，8位地址(10000001二进制)和44位数据。

44位数据格式见表1。

音量、音调控制电路的改造，主要是断开LC75374E集成电路的脚CL、脚DI、脚CE 与原CPU的连接，改接至单片机IO口控制。

按照SANYO CCB总线控制协议，对单片机编程控制LC75374E。

需要注意的是，在LC75374E四路输出信号外置电路上，设计有三极管静音电路。

型号为DTC363TK的NPN数字三极管，其C、E极分别接在信号线和公共端上，其B极内置有限流电
阻，所以直接在B极施加高电平，输出信号即对地短路，达到了静音的目的。

改造时，可以把三极管b级控制信号接至单片机控制，也可以直接将B级控制信号悬空，使其外置静音功能失效。

单片机通过软件控制LC75374E内置静音功能即可(LC75374E控制数据D35数据位)。

4、功放芯片HA13158
HA13158是日立公司生产的一款4通道BTL功放集成电路。

专为汽车音响设计，具有高输出和低失真的特点。

每通道最大能够输出34W功率。

HA13158电路功耗低、内置软热限制器、外围元件少、低输出噪声、内置高可靠性保护电路(浪涌、T.S.D和ASO等)。

电路内置有独立的待机和静音控制。

HAl3158原理框图见图3，引脚功能见表2。

功率放大电路部分的改造，主要是断开②脚(STBY待机)、⑩脚(MUTE静音)与原CPU的连接，改接至单片机IO口控制。

②脚加35V或0.05mA电源时，功放IC正常工作；②脚开路或接地，IC进入待机状态。

⑩脚加35V或0.2mA电源时，功放IC正常工作；⑩脚开路或接地，IC 进入静音状态，功放输出关闭。

HA13158各引脚功能描述见表2。
