摘要
机车走行部是机车最重要的组成部分之一,一旦机车走行部发生故障,就很可能危及行车安全。因此必须对其进行故障诊断与实时监测。目前的机械故障诊断方法大都以振动理论为基础,振动信号处理技术是故障诊断中最有效、最常用的方法。机车走行部车载监测装置是根据机车走行部故障诊断的需求,以“共振解调”等故障诊断技术为基础,结合多学科的研究,开发的机车走行部故障诊断系统,是专门为保证铁路机车安全运行而研制的在线车载动态监测预警装置。可对机车轴箱、电机、空心轴工作温度及车轮、轴系、齿轮故障冲击信息在线监测并自动诊断,提醒乘务员及时采取措施,确保机车运行安全。本文对机械故障的诊断方法、机车走行部故障诊断与监测技术作了研究,比较分析了目前使用的机车走行部车载监测装置存在的优缺点,结合深度国产化HXD1型机车走行部结构特点,提出深度国产化HXD1型机车走行部故障诊断与监测装置的使用建议。同时提出利用机车顶轮检测,对机车走行部故障诊断形成的有效补充,通过不断的积累经验,提高数据分析和故障判断、处理的能力,探索调整门限值6A系统故障诊断与监测的门限值,使装置更有效地为机车走行部的安全运行和状态检修发挥作用。

Abstract
Locomotive running gear is one of the most important parts of the locomotive. The operation of locomotive is in danger,when Locomotive running gear fails to work.So we must carry on the real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis. The current method of machinery fault diagnosis mostly based on vibration theory, vibration signal processing technology is the most effective and commonly method in fault diagnosis .Vehicle load monitoring device of Locomotive running gear is failure diagnosis system which is a special dynamic monitoring and early warning of online vehicle device developed for ensuring the safe operation of the railway locomotive,it’s based on the demand of locomotive running gear fault diagnosis and with "the resonance demodulation" fault diagnosis technology as the foundation, combined with the research of
multi-disciplines .The device can be Online monitoring and automatic diagnosis for temperature of the locomotive axlebox, motor and the working hollow axles,and for fault impact information of wheels,shaft, gear which reminds trainman’s attendant to take timely measures and ensures the safety of locomotive. This study aim to the diagnosis method of mechanical fault , running gear fault diagnosis and monitoring techniques,compare and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the use of locomotive for vehicle load monitoring device, combined with the depth of the localization of type HXD1 locomotive bogie structure characteristics, put forward the suggestion of using the depth of domestic HXD1 type locomotive fault diagnosis and monitoring device.At the same time the device puts forward the Crown wheel detection and take effective supplement for fault diagnosis of locomotive , through the continuous accumulation of experience, improves the ability of data analysis , fault judgement and processing , explores the adjustment of threshold value of fault diagnosis and monitoring system of 6A threshold value, makes the device more effectively for the locomotive safe operation and status maintenance play a role.
