摘要：报关是货物进出口的必经环节，也是执行国家外贸政策的一个重要环节。报关业务的质量直接影响着进出口货物的通关速度，关系着企业的经营成本和经济效益。近年来我国对外贸易量不断增长，与此同时，对报关员的需求也日益加大。本文采用文献梳理、实地考察与调研、数据分析、实例分析、举例论证等方法分析了报关员在工作中存在的问题与不足，进而对提升报关员素质提出相应的对策与建议。

Abstract:Customs declaration is the necessary link of goods import and export,is an important link in the implementation of national foreign trade policy.Customs declaration business directly affects the quality of import and export goods customs clearance speed,relationship with the enterprise the management cost and economic benefits.In recent years,China's foreign trade growing,at the same time,also growing demand for customs declaration.Based on the literature review,on-the-spot investigation and research,data analysis,case analysis and example analysis methods to analyze the problems existing in the customs declaration in the work and deficiencies,and to improve customs declaration quality put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
