内部资料....请勿外传....英语教学论讲义舒白梅华中师范大学前言外语教学的目的是帮助外语学习者尽快地掌握所学语言,并能成功地使用所学语言进行交际。

为了达到这一目的,应用语言学家和外语教师都在竭力寻求最佳的外语教学方法。

外语教学法就是研究外语教学的方法与过程,揭示外语教学的性质与规律的一门科学。

它除了研究外语教学的途径、方法和技巧以及原则和理论基础外,还要研究外语教学中的程序、步骤和实际操作,探讨如何使教师能根据实际情况在自己的教学中选用和创造最恰当的方法,达到最佳的教学效果。

外语教学过程是一个包含了大量动态变化的发展过程,外语教学自身体系和外语教学规律体系都是复杂的。

它涉及到大纲、课程、教师、学生、教学环境等诸多方面。

因此,我们在此书中不仅讨论了教师如何教的问题,还讨论了学生如何学的问题,重点讨论了如何为学习者提供有利的、丰富的语言环境和在课堂内外如何创设这样的环境。

内容涉及教学理论、学习理论、语言知识的学习和交际能力的培养、课堂组织、教学评估等。

还探讨了任何进行启发式,交互式,合作式教学,如何促进学生的自主学习与继续学习能力,如何利用和开发现代化教育技术,以及教师职业素质的培养与发展等问题。

力求在吸收国内外外语教学领域最新成果的基础上结合中国实际,满足学习者的需要和社会需求,同时反映外语教师的总体和个体需要。

本书的读者对象是师范院校英语专业的学生和从事外语教学和研究的外语教育工作者。

鉴于这些职前与在职的各级外语人员的需要,本书除了讨论外语教学的理论与实践外,还在每章后设有“问题与任务”,旨在帮助读者加深对内容的理解,并运用所学指导实践。

本书用英语撰写,这样使用者在学习本学科专业知识的同时还可以从语言知识与运用方面得到提高,在备课和教学时也更容易和直接些。

参与本书编写的是华中师范大学英语系的部分教师。

舒白梅教授和向宗平老师担任主编,具体分工如下:李正林负责第一、二章的编写,文斌负责第三章的编写,向宗平负责第四、五、六章的编写,王勇负责第七章的编写,舒白梅负责第八章的编写,张国华负责第九章的编写,陈浪负责第十章的编写。

夏去春来,新的生长季节里,我有了个念头。

紫苏的味道不同,或许是此一处的种子不同,如果用老家的种子,结果应该会是不同。

如此想着,便付诸行动,从某宝上寻得一卖家,买了包紫苏的种子。

查了日历,等到适合播种的时节,怀着很虔诚的心,择了一处土质看着不错的地,小心翼翼地埋下了种子。

隔了一周,开始每日往播种的地方去查看,期待着发芽。

然而等了一周又一周,却始终没有动静。

大约一个月过去了,渐渐失望了,知道不可能等来结果的。

于是把剩下的种子再找一处埋下了,每日里浇些水,想要照顾得好一些。

时间是一点点过去了,依然没有出苗,望着安静的地面,心里凉意顿生。

或许种子也认生了,无法在此处生长,只能放弃了。

幸好,小区里的紫苏已经长出新叶了,我四处探看。

可是,某一日,它们的厄运来了,被视为杂草拔除,丢在地上,当作废物了。

原来是为了美化小区,把这些自然生长的色彩给除去,只留下一色整齐的草木,这就是城市的风景,整齐划一,没有意外。

望着一棵棵紫苏在草丛里枯萎,被清除丢进了垃圾桶,突然,觉得这里变得陌生了。

这以后的初夏里,便极少在小区里看到它们的踪影,偶尔有一两棵,怯怯地躲在草丛里。

不久前回了趟老家,恰是紫苏生长的时节。

房前的花盆里,小路旁,随处可见紫苏的踪影,有些密密地簇拥着,有些零落着。

经过一花盆的周边,看见了好多棵细小的紫苏,根浅浅地长在薄薄的土里,似乎风一吹便能跑了。

它们长在水泥空隙里,水流顺着向前。

望着它们,心里生出了念头,想要把它们移栽到另一个城市,因为它们带着故乡的气息。

心里有些犹豫,怕此时万一主人家出来撞上了会有些尴尬,但看花盆四周零落的这些小苗,心想主人家应该是不会介意的。

朋友在一旁看着我举棋不定的样子,便觉得有趣,“怂恿”我大胆地拔了就是。

有了这样的“鼓励”,拔了几棵细小的,颜色很深的,闻了闻,浓郁的香气。

从边上抓了些土,将它们裹好,小心翼翼地将它们带走,放进了我的行囊,带到了遥远的城市。

回到小区,迫不及待地要安顿好它们。

具体到英语教学中,我在英语学科方面提出了“二分法”教学法,并在校级课题“英语课堂教学有效性研究中”作了比较详细的阐述。

所谓“二分法”指的是在时间方面,英语教与学的时间安排都宜用一分为二的方法:一半时间在课堂,一半时间在课外。

课堂上,老师只可以用一半时间授课,一半时间应留给学生操练,不可满堂灌;一半时间在课外不是把作业交给学生,而是指导学生做好相应的预习和复习,巩固和消化。

教学中,我们深深地体会到不仅要让学生爱学,还要会学的重要性。

教育最主要的任务不是教授具体的知识,不是语法分析和词汇讲解,而是教给学生好的学习习惯和方法。

只有这样,我们的学生才能应对这个知识不断更新的信息时代,才不会因为知识陈旧、学习能力差而被淘汰。

因此,学法指导在我们英语教研组一直被视为重要的教学原则。

学法指导在我们教研组中有不少行之有效的好方法,比较成熟的有“PR”学习法,“PR”是英语Preview&Review的缩写,即:预习和复习。

这是我们特别看重的方法或环节。

重视学生动力的激活,重视学生能力的培养不是一句口号。

在英语教学中,我们深深地体会到:让学生感知比我们告知他们更有效。

如,在词汇教学中我们反对“词典搬家,单词开花”的教法。

我们主张学生自己通过上下文观察词义,利用英文词典释义,这样做,既更准确,又可以学到更多地道的英语表达法。

通过这次培训,特别是在听了孙健教授解释了新课程改革面临的情况、机遇和挑战后,我真的受益了很多,得到了很多启发和深刻的思考。

此次我组的培训学习主要是针对高中英语必修和选修模块的阐述,内容侧重于选修模块的开设,校本培训课程的开发。

要求我们跳出传统英语学习的旧框框,接受新课改的教学理念,重在培养学生自主学习的.能力,为他们今后的发展奠定坚实的基础。

新课改的几天的培训很快就结束了,我得到以下几点感悟与体会:在新形势下,教学时间的减少,我认为这是每个教师在课程改革过程中都会遇到的问题。

在解释知识的过程中,如果知识点解释太多,害怕时间不够,学生不能很好地理解知识,相应的听力和听力能力不会得到很好的锻炼;如果解释太少,害怕学生不会使用,考试成绩低,很难处理这种矛盾。

面对这种情况,我们必须足够的心理准备,不能穿新鞋走老路。

一定要改变这种情况!改变,不一定在短时间内有效果,但不改变一定没有效果。

如何锻炼和理解学生的听力和听力能力,使学生健康(身心健康)成长为一个具有高度爱国主义和集体主义精神的国际公民,这是新形势下英语课程改革的核心,也是英语课程改革的瓶颈。

首先,作为一名教师,我们应该有一个健康教育、综合教育的概念。

再次,英语教师本身要有良好的搜集材料,运用资料的能力。

搜集资料并不仅仅指搜集有关本科目教材的资料,也要搜集一些有益于学生身心健康成长与发展的教育资料,也可以通过自身的经历与体验,“寓教育于教育之中”。

2022高中英语新课标心得体会与感悟本人近期有幸参与了2022年广东省普通高中新高考新课程新教材线上研修活动(高中英语)。

研修过程中听取了多位专家的精彩讲座,印象非常深刻的是来自韶关的王锦霞老师所作的“区域高三英语教研活动设计与实施研究”的讲座。

现就王老师的讲座浅谈几点个人的收获总结。

一、将课标理念与高三复习完美结合新课标从2017年发布至今,到现在已经是第五个年头了。

可以说,课程标准中的各种理念或多或少都能深入人心,但如何在日常实践中践行好,一直是一线教师不断探讨的问题。

尤其是在高三复习中,如何将课标理念与高三复习完美结合,一直是困扰我的问题。

因为我们经常看到高三的复习教学,很多都是词汇语言教学,语法复习,专项训练等。

,这些教学方法与课程标准所倡导的教学理念大相径庭。

然而,王老师的讲座给我带来了新的启示。

在王老师教研的整改下,新课标理念已经与高三复习完美结合。

比如她会把主题意义的理念作为导向贯彻到高三复习的日常操作中。

二、将前沿教学理念与高三复习结合的大胆尝试从王老师的讲课中,我也发现她做了一个大胆的尝试,将很多前沿的观点与高三复习有机的结合起来,比如小组阅读。

在王老师展示的四堂高三复习典型课中,她介绍了在阅读课中运用小组阅读来进行高三阅读教学。

在这个课例中,指导老师选取了一道高考真题,一篇新教材的阅读文章和一篇旧教材的阅读文章。

这三篇文章都基于同一个主题,它们的风格都是阐述性的。

本课例将第一篇课文与第二篇课文进行对比,有效实现了阅读技能的迁移,第三篇课文作为扩展作业,再次巩固了阅读技能。

三、将区域学情与高三复习结合起来王老师不仅把新课标和前沿教研的理念融入到高三的复习中,而且扎根于地域学习情境的特点,使高三的复习教学切实可行。

在王老师提供的四节课中,每一节课都是基于一个相对薄弱的学情。

这是一个很接地气的做法,因为高三复习所针对的群体中绝大多数同学的学业情况都不是特别乐观。

提供大量支持,支持学生有效学习,就是基于学习情境的最大体现。
