New exciting sport-parkour

If you are like most people, scaling walls and leaping from rooftops is not a normal part of your day. But then, most people don’t practice parkour. Parkour is often defined as the art of movement. Practitiors ---called traceurs train their bodies and minds so they can move from one place to another as quickly and efficiently as possible. As these exceptional athletes move, they vault, scramble and roll past even the most intimidating obstacles. Traceurs don’t go around walls, fences and bike racks-- they go over them. To do this, they use a range of basic techniques that allow them to move precisely and deliberately. These include the “cat balance”, in which traceurs move along narrow ledges on all fours, and the “Tic Tac where they kick off or run up walls. Though sometimes called an extreme sport, parkour is neither competitive nor bound ro rules that define the correct way to do it. While becoming a top traceur is a major undertaking, parkour is based on natural movements and requires no special facilities or equipment. It is also a terrific way to exercise your entire body, build stamina and improve your mental focus.

Statement: Parkour is not just going to park.

If you practice parkour, you are climbing, you are runnning, swinging,

just do everything with your body. That’s the definition of parkour. If you scale sth, you climb sth
