六种调整心态的方式:从今天就开始改变生活!
是否觉得可以更幸福?你觉得事情也还凑合,但还是觉得应该更好一点。
如果我说只要简单地转变心态,生活就能更幸福,你觉得怎么样?
我有一位在网站工作的朋友,他说:完全对自己的幸福负责,以及停止指责别人,只有这样,才能真正找到幸福。
我真的相信幸福取决于心态。只有你才能决定自己是否会幸福。有了这个主心骨,一石激起千层浪,会对生活的各个方面产生影响。
当你察觉到自己的想法或情绪变得消极了,或者比原先预料的要低落,我就会采用“转换开关”的方式。首先,停止脑子里已有的思维方式;而是要开始用一种更积极的方式去思考,至少花上17秒。这点时间足够改变看法了。越多实践这种方法,积极的思维方式越可能形成一种习惯。

试试下列技巧,从现在开始,就能让人更幸福、更成功,并且改变生活:
1、开始每天列出自己心怀感激的名单。起床前、沐浴中,或者开车上班时,你都可以做这件事情。你能养成心怀感激的习惯吗?
2、热爱生活,不要沉湎物质。生活越简单越好。购买商品的兴奋感转瞬即逝,所以要将更多的注意力放在生活中,以及要创造各种值得记忆的事情。高品质的生活本身,才能让人幸福;而不是拥有物质的多寡或者高档与否。
4、相信自己,信赖自己。当人相信自己的时候,生活就惬意许多了。记住:起身行动比坐着空想,远为困难,所以,你可能已经完成了难度更大的工作。你需要更多激励吗?
5、做事要更灵活,而不是更刻苦。我们经常觉得有价值的事情,都需要刻苦努力。这可真错了。人类为什么长了这样一颗大脑袋?就是要我们用脑子。真的,我觉得:我们经常把事情弄得难度太大了,远超过实际情况。
6、没有“失败”一说。每次计划落空,你都可以学到经验,然后继续前进。将来,学到的知识只会让人更得心应手。
改变心态和进行上述转变并不容易,但值得这么做。心态影响看法;你关注的内容,以及你对哪些问题视而不见,都会受心态的影响。通过调整心态,就可以改变整个现实生活!

Do you feel like your life could be happier? You know things are going okay, but you just feel that they could be better.
What if I told you that it could be as simple as just changing your attitude?
My Friend, Amit Amin from , says that it is when we take full responsibility for our happiness and stop blaming others, that we can truly find happiness.
I truly believe that it completely hinges on our perspectives. Only you can decide if you are going to be happy. This also ripples its way into other areas of our lives.
I like to practice “flip switch” when you notice that your thoughts or mood is negative or lower than you would like. First y ou stop your current thinking and then start thinking more positively for at least 17 seconds. This is enough time to change your prospective. The more often you practice this, the more likely it is that your positive thinking will become a habit.

So what are some easy ways that you can quickly set your mood and attitude for the day?
Try these techniques to bring greater happiness and success into you and change your life today:
Start each day b y making a list of things you’re grateful for.You can do this while you’re lying in bed just before you get up, in the shower, or while driving to work. Can you create a grateful habit?
Love life, not stuff. Simpler is better. The feeling of excitement when you buy something wears off pretty fast, so focus more on living your life and create memories. The quality of your life itself is what will bring you the most happiness, not the quantity or quality of your stuff.
Be patient. Enjoy the journey of creating the life you desire. Each day will bring you one step closer.
Believe and have faith in yourself. Life is much more pleasant when you have faith in yourself. Remember: You’ve
probably already done things that are much more difficult than just about anything you may still wish to accomplish. Do you need more motivation?
