致万达酒店及度假村合作单位的一封信

A Letter to the Supplier of Wanda Hotels & Resorts

各合作单位：

To all suppliers:

万达集团经过二十多年的高速发展，已成为多元化、全产业链的国际性企业。万达集团旗下万达酒店及度假村自2012年初创至今，现已发展有五十余家奢华酒店，年营业额达数亿元，傲人业绩的取得与各合作单位多年来的精诚合作密不可分。为保护供需利益，使共赢共进的合作关系得到进一步巩固和提升，我公司特别明确以下重要原则。

With more than 20 years’rapid development, Wanda Group becomesa diversifiedinternational enterprise with the whole industry Hotels & Resorts was founded at the beginning of 2012, and nowadays has more than 50operational luxury hotels. Annual turnover has achieved billion level. Such achievements above are based on the

sincere supportby all suppliers. In order to protect the benefits of both sides and reinforce the collaborative relationships, this is to declare the key principles as below:

一、各万达酒店财务部是各类合同的管理部门，其中采购部负责组织运营物品采买，收货部负责组织收货验货。

The Finance Department is responsiblefor managing all contracts in hotel, the Purchasing Sectionis responsible forHOE procurement, the ReceivingSection is responsible for HOE receivingand inspection.

二、各万达酒店合同签订后，未经合同管理部门履行相应的内部审批程序，供应商和使用部门均不得擅自变更合同条款和合同清单，否则酒店有权不予验收、结算和付款。

After signing the contract, anyone should notmodify the contract details without thesuperior approval. Otherwise, hotel will not do the settlement.

三、为创造“公开、公正、公平”的采购环境，我公司特要求各合作单位：

In order to create the purchasing environment-"openness、

impartiality、fairness", we request all suppliers to be aware of the following policies.

1）不向酒店工作人员提供免费消费及服务，如有价证券、吃请、卡拉ok、游玩等；

2）不以任何形式向酒店工作人员赠送钱财；

3）不与酒店工作人员发生任何个人借贷往来；

4）不满足酒店工作人员提出的任何个人经济利益诉求；

5）不支持酒店工作人员以万达公司名义，利用虚假合同等手段套取款项。

1）Don’t provide complementary consumption and service to the hotel staffs, such as, securities/entertain/karaoke/travel and so on.

2）Don't bribe to the hotel staffin any form.

3）Don't provide anydebit and credit with the hotel staff.

4）Don’t satisfythe hotel staff with individual economic request.

5）Don’t support the hotel staff to obtain fundsin the name ofutilizing the false contract.

各合作单位发现酒店工作人员的上述违规违纪行为，应立即制止、不予配合并通报万达酒店及度假村总部财务部、成本部。

If suppliers find any illegal behavior of the hotel staff, pleaseimmediatelydeter and report to Finance department and Cost department of Wanda Hotels & Resorts.

我公司一旦发现上述行为，对隐瞒不报、配合支持违规违纪行为的合作单位，将视情节轻重列入不合格供方乃至黑名单。

Once found any suppliers concealing the illegal behaviors for hotel staff, company will take action according tothe seriousness of the case, such as deem the supplier as disqualified or terminate the collaboration.
