1.目的Objective：

本規範旨在說明和碩聯合/永碩聯合綠色產品管理系統(縮寫為PUreGMS)之“無鹵素”材料和產品要求，並闡明“鹵素化”合物使用於電子電器產品含量的限制，以及常見種類，以達到降低有害物質對生態系統的影響。

This standard provides that Pegatron/Unihan recovery Green Management System (hereinafter PUreGMS) requirements for “halogen-free” materials, all parts and/ or products. This technical standard includes definitions and threshold limits associated with “halogen-free” electronics, as well as general information on where halogens are typically used in electronics, to reduce halogens influence upon the eco-system.

2.範圍Scope：

所有需要符合“無鹵素”要求的零件或產品。

All parts and/or products designed to meet “halogen-free” requirements.

4.定義Definition

4.1物質Substance：

指在自然狀態下或通過任何製造過程所獲得的化學元素及其化合物，包括為保持其穩定性而有必要的任何添加劑和加工過程中產生的任何雜質，但不包括任何不會影響物質穩定性或不會改變其成分的可分離溶劑。此定義根據歐盟REACH (1970/2006)法規。

A chemical element and its compounds in the natural state or obtained by any

manufacturing process, including any additive necessary to preserve us stability and any impurity deriving from the process used, but excluding any solvent which may be separated without affecting the stability of the substance or changing its

composition. This definition is cited from EU Regulation REACH (1970/2006).
