为此,2000年2月12日国家质量技术监督局公布了《国家标准英文版翻译指南》(质技监局标函〔2000〕39号)。
《GB/T1.1-2000〈标准化工作导则第1部分:标准的结构和编写规则〉实施指南》在《标准英文版翻译指南》的基础上,结合最新的ISO/IEC导则,在附录八给出了将标准译成英文时的常用词语。
