【摘要】目的评价糖尿病高危人群生活方式干预知识、态度、行为量表的效度、信度和可接受

性，为该量表在人群中的使用提供科学依据。方法以糖尿病高危人群生活方式干预知识、态度、行

为评价量表为调查工具，采取方便抽样的方法，调查了406名糖尿病高危人群。以Pearson相关系数、

因子分析、高分组和低分组评分的独立样本t检验分别评价量表的内容效度、结构效度和辨别效度；以

内部一致性信度、劈半信度为指标评估量表的信度，其中内部一致信度指标包括Cronbach'sα、θ系数、

Ω系数；以量表回收率、填表时间为指标评估量表的可接受性。结果收回合格调查表366份(90.1%),

填表时间为（8.62±2.79）min。知识、态度、行为维度得分分别为10.60±3.73、26.56±3.58、17.09±9.74；量

表具有优良的表面效度和内容效度，量表各条目与所属维度相关系数在0.25~0.97之间，各维度与总

量表相关系数在0.64~0.91之间，P值均<0.001。因子分析共提取8个公因子，总量表的公因子累积方

差贡献率为65.23%，达到50%以上的认可标准；30个条目中有29个条目在相应因子上的负荷值≥

0.40，具有良好的结构效度。高分组知识、态度、行为维度的得分分别为13.89±2.55、29.56±2.46、

28.05±2.93，均高于低分组（分别为7.67±2.78、23.89±3.35、6.25±3.13）（t值分别为55.14、119.40、95.29，

P值均<0.001），具有较好的辨别效度。总量表及知识、态度、行为3个维度的Cronbach'sα系数在0.84~

0.92之间，θ系数在0.85~0.96之间，Ω系数在0.90~0.94之间，劈半信度在0.77~0.95之间，达到信度

0.70以上的标准。结论糖尿病高危人群生活方式干预知识、态度、行为评价量表在糖尿病高危人群

中具有良好的效度、信度和可接受性。

【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the validity,reliability,and acceptability of the scale of knowledge,attitude,and behavior of lifestyle intervention in a diabetes high-risk population(HILKAB),and

provide scientific evidence for its usage.Methods By convenient sampling,we selected406individuals at

high risk for diabetes for survey using the HILKAB.Pearson correlation coefficient,factor analysis, independent sampling,and t-test for high-and low-score groups were used to evaluate the content validity,

construct validity,and discriminant validity of the scale.Reliability of the scale was evaluated by internal consistency,which included Cronbach'sαcoefficient,θcoefficient,Ωcoefficient,and split-half reliability.

Scale acceptability was evaluated by acceptance rate and completion time of the survey.Results In this

study,366questionnaires(90.1%)was qnalified and the completion time was(8.62±2.79)minutes.Scores

for knowledge,attitude,and behavior were10.60±3.73,26.56±3.58,17.09±9.74,respectively.The scale had

good face validity and content validity.The correlation coefficient of items and the dimension to which they

belong was between0.25and0.97,and the correlation coefficient of three dimensions and the entire scale

was between0.64and0.91,all with P<0.001.Factor analysis of the scale extracted eight common factors.

The cumulative variance contribution rate was65.23%,thereby reaching the50%approved standard.Of
