小鸡炖蘑菇的英语
The Little Chicken Stewed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 Chicken breast, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
200g fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to season
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken, onion and garlic and cook, stirring, until the chicken is cooked through and the onion is softened, about 8 minutes.
2. Add the mushrooms, oregano, paprika, thyme, salt and pepper and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for another 8 minutes.
3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender
and the sauce has thickened.
4. Serve hot over cooked rice or pasta. Enjoy!。
