Teaching aims (教学目标)
1. 能在日常情境中谈论日常作息时间。
2. 能用所学内容解决实际问题。
3. 学会使用第三人称操练目标语言。
4. 学习并区别频率副词 always, usually and never.

2. 句型:What time do you usually get to school?
I usually get up at six thirty.

Warm-up and revision (课堂热身和复习)
(1)幕打出下列单词或词组以组为单位派出两名同学,一人用 body language 表演,一人用英语猜,看谁在1分钟内猜对的多,哪组胜利,发奖品。

2. Presentation (呈现新知识)
(1) Show Miss Li’s schedule to Ss. Then talk about Miss Li’s daily routine. A: What time does she usually get up?

(2) Look at the pictures, and talk about Wang Hai’s activities.
T: Please look at the pic tures, and ask your classmates questions about Wang Hai’s day.

3. Work on 2d (完成2d)
(1)Read the conversation and answer the following questions.
Q1. Where does Scott work?
He works at a radio station.
Q2. What time does he usually get up?
He usually gets up at eight thirty at night.
Q3. Is he always late for work?
No, he’s never late for work.
(2) Role-play the conversation in 2d.
(3) Have Ss talk about someone they know in pairs, using the conversation in 2d as an example.

4. Grammar Focus
(1) Read through the sentences.
(2) Ask Ss to focus on usually, never and alwa ys.

(2) Ss are to check their answers in groups and report their answers to the class.

(1)Write about something you always do, something you usually do and something you never do.
