2. The Hotpot in Chongqing
The Chinese hotpot boasts a history of more than 1,000 years. In fact, it is the most famous and favorite dish in Chongqing. The interest thing is that Chongqing people call noodles as little noodles . Small noodles only refer to garlic, sauce vinegarand pepper. Add the beef ,pork and other Deluxe toppings noodles also called small noodles. Unlike other areas noodles, good somersault noodles, soup of fresh concentrated is the standard ,but condiments is the soul of small noodles.
