AT-site ------ More com monly called On-site, Locati on of eve nt or exhibit --------------- 展会现场

Att neda nee ----- Number of people at show or exhibit ---------------- 参展人数

Atte ndee ------ One who atte nds an expositi on. May also be referred to as delegate or visitor , but should not be used for “exhibitor ” ------ 参观展会的人（不包括参展商）

Atte ndee brochure --------- Direct mail piece sent to curre nt and prospective atte ndees that promotes the ben efits of

atte ndi ng a specific show -------- 分发给展会观众的宣传资料

Book ing ----- An arra ngeme nt with a compa ny for use of facilities, goods or services ----------------- 预订

Booth ------ One or more sta ndard un its of exhibit space. In U.S.A a sta ndard un it is gen erally known to be a 10

x 10 ' space ------- 展位（在美国一个标准展位是10x10平方英尺）

Booth area ------- The amou nt of floor space occupied by an exhibitor -----------------展位面积

Booth number ---------- N umber designated by show management for each exhibitor ' s space ------- 展位号

Booth personnel --------- Staff assig ned to represe nt exhibitor in assig ned space ------------- 展台工作人员

Co-Locate -------- To hold two related shows at the same time and in the same place ---------------------- 在同一地点同时举办两个

相关的展会，即“套展”

Con sumer show ---------- An expositi on that is ope n to the public. Typically, an admissi on fee is charged. Also knows as

a “ public ” show ――面向公众开放的展会，一般需要买票进入，即“公共展会”

Con tractor ------ An in dividual or orga ni zati on providi ng services to an expositi on an d/or its exhibitors. Typically

refers to either a general service con tractor or specialty con tractor --------------为展览会组织者、参展商提供服务的服务

Conven ti on ----- A broad term that can refer to a large meeti ng, an exhibiti on, or a comb in ati on of the two --- 泛指大型会议、展览

Conven ti on cen ter -------A facility where expositi on are hold. Com mon ly referred to as FACILITY or HALL. May be

purpose-built or con verted; muni cipally or privately owned -------------- 会展中心
