三.1 High and Low Voltage

3 voltages to schmoo and possibly a 4th FBVTT if the Memory is sensitive to termination.

–NVVDD –GPU Core Voltage

–FBVDD –Memory Core Voltage

–FBVDDQ –I/O Voltage

–FBVTT –only if required by the Memory Termination

High voltage causes faster rising and falling signals and may cause

more undershoot and overshoot

Low voltage causes slower rising and falling signals which may

impact timing margins

五常用的維修之方式和方法

1: 比較法:當不確定該信號是否正確時可用良品與不良品作訊號比較

2: 指壓法:可判斷BGA CHIP是否空焊

3: 觸摸法:觸摸零件是否異常發燙從而找出相關連的零件4: 電表法1:用三用電表歐姆檔量排阻(電阻) 之阻值若變小則可能有線路或零件短路, 反之則可能為排阻(電阻) 不良或周邊零件影響.

5: 電表法2:用三用電表二極體檔可判斷BGA CHIP訊號點是否不良(電表之+極接BGA之GND,─極接欲量測之點).
