AA(Approval Code)核准密码(AA为电报简码),消费款项(超过商户最低免授权交易金额者经授权后给予的核准密码)。

每笔需授权的消费都有授权密码,包含人工、CED、POS。

Account use (手工授权,包括MO/TO/网上授权)ACD(Automatic Call Distribution),程控交换机自动分配拨入(Call-in)的电话并提交管理层统计资料的电脑系统。

ACD in + Available,计算客服人员 productivity的统计量, 即接听客户电话和等候客户电话的时间比例.Acquiring Bank 收单银行,办理签定特约商户以接受信用卡客户消费的银行.AFF(Air Frequent Flyer),飞行里程奖励办法. 持卡人使用信用卡购买机票, 可按里程折合点数, 到达一定点数时, 可以换乘头等舱或享受免费机票优惠. Affinity Card(认同卡),其他商业机构借助银行的发卡系统或资源, 发行类似信用卡的认同卡, 以达到宣传或服务自身会员目的。

一般而言,认同卡为发卡行与非营利机构发行的信用卡。

Annual Fee 年费,信用卡每年所缴的年费, 在会计处理上按12个月分摊记帐. ANR(Average Net Receivables) 平均余额,发卡单位平均应收客户款. Application 申请书,客户申请信用卡时填写的表格, 包含个人资料, 财务状况等。

A/R(Accounts Recievables)应收帐款, 三个月未收回者,应转入PDO(Post Due Obligation)。

Arbitration 仲裁,对于争议帐款,当收单行与发卡行在扣款流程进行完毕后仍争执不下时,交VISA或MCI的仲裁法庭裁决。

Attrition 剪卡,取消卡片。

Authorization 授权,持卡人在商户消费时,需经授权系统或授权人员取得交易核准码,这一过程称为授权。

Autopay/Auto debit 自动扣款,每月从持卡人的银行帐户内自动扣款缴纳信用卡款。

AVRS(Automatic Voice Response System)自动语音系统,电话自动查询,针对客户经常询问的问题,使用语音系统来回答。

Bankcard 银行卡,包含VISA和MasterCard。

Base I/ Base II,为VISA的国际网络系统,Base I包含客户档案,为VISA的授权网络系统,Base II主要为VISA的清分和清算系统。

Backlog 积压案件,当日未处理完毕的工作。

Banknet 银行授权网络,为MasterCard的国际授权网络。

BD(Basic Data Input)输入基本资料,申请文件不论被核准或拒绝,均须输入的申请人资料。

Behavior Scoring 行为评分法,按持卡人过去消费和付款行为形态,以统计的方法预测其逾期还款或产生呆帐的风险概率,以此作为催收、授权、调整额度或续卡的考量因素之一。

Billing Cycle 帐单周期,帐款到期日。

BIN(Bank Identification Number)银行卡号代码,卡号1-6码用于区别VISA 或Mastercard 例如花旗台湾持卡人的BIN为:MC:5433-7400-XXXX-XXXX MG:5408-0500-XXXX-XXXX,VC:4563-1800-XXXX-XXXX,VG:4563-1300-XX Bounced-Back Check 退票,出交换票据因帐户存款余额不足、与预留印鉴不符或其他理由等原因未能成功结算,被提入行拒绝受理而退回的。

Buyer Remorse 持卡人反悔,客户于发卡三个月内剪卡。

BV(Basic Data Verification) 核对基本资料,核对BD输入资料的正确性。

Cardpac/Cardlink System 信用卡主系统,信用卡使用的最主要电脑系统,包含客户资料、财务清算、授权等。

Card Pick Up 没收卡,当使用卡片系伪造被取消或有不良记录或已挂失时,发卡行要求特约商户将卡没收。

Cash Advance 预借现金,可到柜台、ATM上操作,需交手续费。

Card Carrier 装卡纸,包装新制信用卡的厚纸,正面有姓名、地址、额度、卡号、使用期限、背面有约定条款。

CCI(Clearing Credit Information Services)票交,到期票据,提出至票据交换中心交换。

CCPP(Consumer Credit Product Program)授信准则,信用卡申请及审核规范,及持卡人使用信用卡时的相关风险管理。

C/H(Card Holder)持卡人Chargeback 扣款,对持卡人有争议的帐款,通过VISA、MCI的既定程序,发卡行或收单行均可依照此程序解决帐款争议。

CIF(card in Force)卡数,已发行的卡片总数,包括主卡和附卡。

Cirrus 网络,为万事达卡的国际网络系统,ATM及信用卡持卡人可以利用此网络在国外预借现金。

美国东部多用Cirrus,美国西部多用Plus.Close Order 卡片结束使用,如:普通卡升级为金卡时,必须结束普通卡的使用,(普通卡尚可使用一个月)。

Classic Card 普通卡,为一般卡,有别于金卡。

CNR(Customer Net Revenue),包含Annual Fee, Merchandising, Commission, Interchange, Merchant Discount, Late Charge。

Counterfeit Card 假卡,仿冒真卡所制作的伪造或变造的信用卡。

Coincident Delinquency Indicator,风管部使用的统计指标,坏帐或W/O客户,数量或金额除以当月相应帐单数量或余额的比率指标。

CPA(Certified Public Accounant)注册会计师,通过国家统一考试的会计人员。

CPA(Cost Per Account) 每户推广成本,市场推广中,每一推广渠道花费的费用除以通过该渠道得到的帐户数目,即为每一帐户所花的市场推广成本。

CPAPP(Cost Per Application)每笔申请成本,每一笔申请件所需的佣金、费用摊销和处理成本。

Credit Limit信用额度,适用于Bankcard, 每个帐户可以消费的信用额度,可以被调整。

Credit Loss坏帐损失Credit Scoring 信用评分法,依据申请人的个人资料和信用记录,以统计的方法量化其信用风险等级,并将评分结果作为发卡与否的考虑因素之一。

Credit Cycle 征信循环,计划、制订CCPP、征信、授信、客户申请、维护、催收、坏帐处理及统计分析,为风险管理的全过程。

CSR(Customer Service Representative)客户服务专员,信用卡中心接听客户电话并协助客户解决问题的工作人员。

CVV(Card Verification Value)卡片认证值,依据卡号和有效期,按照CVV Key算出的,登录在信用卡卡片背后磁道内,用以辨别卡片真伪的认证值。

CWB(Combined Warning Bulletin),美国地区使用的VISA 和MCI Exception File 被发卡行管制或取消的卡号通称。

DCFC(Depatmental Control Function Checklist),部门内部需要控管的项目名单,需于每月审核完毕后签字确认,表示已按名单逐项核查。

Decline 拒绝授权或发卡,特约商户因为持卡人消费超过额度要求授权被拒绝,或因信用条件不良而被拒绝发卡。

Delinquency (M1,M2,M3,M4,M5,M6)逾期,持卡人在缴款期限内未付信用卡款项时,视为逾期。

M1为逾期30天,M2为逾期60天……以此类推。

Deviation 例外,不符合CCPP规定条件的信用卡申请人,可经Credit officer review后核准。

Dispute Case 争议帐款,持卡人对帐单上的消费有异议时,可通过作业部调单扣款室向收单行或特约商户查实、扣款。

DM(Direct Marketing)直接行销,名单公司提供个人或公司的名称、地址名单给企业以进行直接的行销活动,信用卡机构为其中的重要角色之一。

DM(Direct Mail)邮寄推广信函——直销信函,邮寄广告宣传信函。

DRA(Direct Response AD),希望消费者立即采取行动的广告,通常刊登在报纸上。

DRC/DA(Dishonored Record),在票据交换中心有三次以上退票记录的客户。

DS(Direct Sales),直接登门拜访的销售方式或人员。

DVPC(Departmental Verification Proof Checklist),部门内部需要独立核查和控管的项目名单,与DCFC性质相似,但需要部门内部独立作业人员审核。

EDC(Electronic Draft Capture)电子帐单刷卡机,可以自动打印帐单,与POS 机不同。

可借助其他清算功能于当日与银行结帐,并可以快速请款。

Emboss 制卡,卡片的制造过程,如:打凸字、印相片及签字、加签字区和磁道等。

Encashed 调现,地下钱庄利用信用卡做非法的预借现金。

Encryption 加密,为确保电子传输资料的正确性,并预防窃取及干扰,而将资料既定(双方约定)的方式加密编码处理。

ERC(Emergency Replacement Card) 紧急替代卡,为VISA专用术语。

Exception File,VISA的 negative file及 VIP。

File Transfer传档,将信用卡资料通过网络相互传输。

机器间大量资料的传输。

Financial Charge 财务费用,使用循环信用所产生的利息费用。

Floor Limit 商户最低免授权交易金额,为我行给予特约商户的每笔交易可自行接受的最高消费额度,超过须经发卡行授权核准。

不同种类(MCC)的商户金额高低各有不同,Visa和MasterCard均有规定分类商户的Floor Limit。

Flow Thru,(M1….M6)客户数或金额与前期的百分比,用以了解Collection的催收成果( eg, M3/前期M2的ratio)。

Franchise 加盟(代理)商店,签约被授予当地的代理权。

Fraud 欺诈,伪造卡到特约商户刷卡,或虚假刷卡行为。

FTE(Full Time Equivalence)工作人,一个月工作满176小时为一个工作人。

Full Payment 全额缴款,缴清全部信用卡帐单消费额,未使用循环信用额度。
