摘要

随着我国人均收入的提高，汽车保有量的不断增加，城市交通问题也愈发严重，而老城区的交通问题更是城市交通问题中的难点。老城区道路系统不完善、功能混乱、道路狭窄，堵车现象严重，老城区已演变成为中心城区的“弱势群体”，如果得不到有效解决和根本治理,必将制约经济进一步发展和城市现代化进程。

经过对八一大道多次研究调查，从调查的数据和观察发现，八一大道还是存在很多问题，比如停车问题、非机动车和行人与机动车之间的冲突、还有就是有的地方交通设施还不完善、交通管理不够严格，使得本来就拥堵的交通就更加拥堵了。

Abstract

China's per capita income increased, increasing the amount of car ownership, city traffic problems become more serious, and the old city traffic problem is the difficulty in city traffic problems. The old city road system is not perfect, function disorder, narrow road, traffic jam phenomenon is serious, the old city has become the center city district " vulnerable groups", if not solved effectively and the fundamental management, be sure to restrict the further development of economy and city modernization.

After repeated investigation on eight one avenue, from the survey data and observation, eight one avenue, it still has many problems, such as parking, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians and vehicles, there is a conflict between some local traffic facilities are not perfect, traffic management is not strict, make originally the traffic is more crowded.
