作业管理--产品标识--质量管理办法

1.目的 Purpose

采用适宜的方法对于产品身份及检验状态进行标识，以：

To adopt proper method to identify the product and its inspection status for

1.确保产品易于识别，清晰可辩；

To ensure the product is easy to identify and distinguished.

1.防止从原料进入公司至成品交付的全过程产品混淆和误用、或非预期使用；

To prevent all the product confusion and misuse or unintended use of the product from the material

to the finished product

当有追溯性需求时，能及时、准确地追溯到所要的信息

The needed information could be got timely and accurately if traceability required.

1.范围 Scope

适用于产品生产全过程的标识管理与追溯性管理。

This procedure is applicable to the management of identification and traceability in whole production process

1.职责：responsibilities

3.1生产部负责公司所有使用物料和产品编号。

The production department is responsible for all the material and product number used by the company.

3.2品控部负责所有标识的制作，负责检验状态的标签或印章的使用，并对其有效性进行监控及记录：当产品出现重大质量问题时，组织对其进行追溯。

The quality control department is responsible for the production of all labels. the use of the label or the seal of the test and the validity of it is monitored and recorded: when the product has major quality problems the organization will trace it back.

3.3仓库、生产部负责所属区域内产品的标识，负责不同检验状态产品的分区摆放，及所有标识的维护。

The warehouse and production department is responsible for the identification of the products in the area under which the products are assigned to different inspection States and the maintenance of all the signs.

1.定义 Definition

2.标识：用于产品的标识可分为三种：A、为区别产品防止用错的标识（也叫产品标

识）；B、为表示产品检验与试验状态的标识；C、为实现产品可追溯性目的的标识。

通常这些标识可以联合使用，但也可以单独使用。比如：生产加工传票、物资贮存

卡等都是联合使用，产品标识包括但不仅限于产品的品名、编号、规格、生产日期、失效日期、产地等，又有检验状态标识如：合格、不合格、特采（让步）等。Identification: the identification used in product could be classified into 3 kinds: A、the identification for preventing the misuse of product(also could be called product identification); B、The identification for distinguishing the status of inspection or testing of the product; C、The identification for ensuring the traceability of the product. Generally speaking these identifications could be used at the same time or respectively For example the production process subpoenas material storage CARDS and so on are jointly used. Product identification including but not limited

to the product name serial number specifications production date expiry date origin etc. there is another inspection status identification such as: qualified unqualified and special mining (compromise) etc.

1.可追溯性：是指对物料或产品在不符合规定要求或非预期性使用后而进行的一个跟

踪过程。

Traceability: a tracing process for the nonconforming material and nonconforming products when they are used unexpectedly.

1.流程活动规范 the regulation for the activity.
