教育管理中的主体性研究

摘要

教育理论工作者以主体性哲学研究为基础,结合当前我国市场经济对教育事业培养人的要求和人的全面发展的需要,提出了极具生命力和时代精神的主体性教育理论,经过学者们孜孜不倦的努力和追求,当前主体性教育理论已经成为我国主流的教育理论思潮,并在实际教学研究实验中取得了良好的成绩,承受住了事实的考验。但任何理论都不是万能的,只有在实践中才能不断完善、合理,本研究提出的教育管理的主体性,就是针对我国教育活动中,忽视教育管理的主体性,教育管理效能不高的现实情况而提出的。期望通过系统研究教育管理的主体性问题,使教育管理活动能够更好地为教育活动服务,培养出具有时代精神的主体性的高素质人才,不断促进人的自由发展和社会的进步,并且在理论上进一步丰富、完善主体性教育管理理论。

本文从什么是教育管理的主体及主体性入手,分析了我国教育管理何以需要主体性的原因,最后落实到如何提高教育管理主体性的实践上来,以期能够完整、系统地阐述教育管理的主体性问题。本研究还在概括我国教育管理主体性缺失现象的基础上,提出了主体性教育管理的策略,以使研究具有现实的指导意义。这种主体性教育管理的策略包括开展以人为本、规范有序的教育管理活动;构建完善的教育管理体制;协调教育管理机制内在结构,配合教育管理各子要素改革;树立主体教育管理观。

Abstract

The educationist has proposed the theory of subjectivity education basing on the research into philosophy of subjectivity,and in union with the requirement of the educational quality and the individual a11—sided development in market economy of our country.And this theory has strong Vitality and time spirit.Because the scho1ars have made diligent efforts,the theory of subjectivity education have already become the mainstream of educational theory in our country,and has made the great progress in the teaching research experiment with stood the fact test. But no theory is the omnipotence,only then can consummate and rationalize

unceasingly in practice.This research proposed subjectivity of educational administration aiming at the neglect of subjectivity of educational superintendent,and then the poor educational administration efficiency.We hope that the education administration can serve education activity better,and bring up high quality persons who have time spirit,then promote individual free dev elopment and society’s progress unceasing1y. And we expect that this research can further perfect the theory of subjectivity educational administration.

This research ha s started with “what is subj ectivity of educational administration",then analyzed the reason why Chinese educational administration needs subjectivity,6nally found the way to improve subjectivity of educational administration.We hope that this research can expound subjectivity of educational administration completely and systemically.This research has also proposed the strategy of carrying out subjectivity of educational administration on the base of lacking of subjectivity of educational administration,so this research has the important significance of guiding the practice.This strategy includes that carrying out the educational administration activity which is center in human,normative and systematic;constructing perfect educational administration Tizhi;harmonizing intrinsic structure of educational administration mechanism and cooperating reform of the subordinate factor of educational administration;building up the idea of subjectivity of educational administration.
