there be句型讲解与练习

there be句型：表示存在，即：“某处有某物（或人）”

句型基本结构：There is + 可数名词单数/不可数名词+ 地点。

There are + 可数名词复数+ 地点。

There be 句型，请大家记住以下几点：

1、在there be 句型中,

主语是单数名词或者不可数名词，be 动词用is ;

主语是复数，be 动词用are ;

如有并列，be 动词根据最近的那个名词决定。

There ___ a girl behind the door.

There ___ some water in the bottle.

There ___ some bananas on the table.

There ___ a teacher and forty students in the classroom. There ___ forty students and a teacher in the classroom.

2、there be 句型，一般疑问句把be 动词调到句子开头，

否定句在be 动词后加not 。

在there be 句型中，some 用于肯定句，any 用于否定句或疑问句。

There are some pictures on the wall .Are there ______pictures on the wall?

There aren’t(=are not) ______pictures on the wall.

There is some milk in the bottle.

Is there_____milk in the bottle?

There isn’t(=is not) ____milk in the bottle.

3、there be句型与have(has) 的区别：there be 表示在某地有某物（或人）；have(has) 表示某人有某物。

4、针对数量提问的疑问句基本结构是：How many + 名词复数+ are there + ……

？

How many students are there in the classroom?

How many people are there in your family?

How many sheep are there under the tree?

回答：There are ……. There is only one.

5、针对主语提问的特殊疑问句的基本结构是：What’s + ……

？What’s on the plate? There is some fish. There are some fish. What’s in front of the house? There is a small garden.
