snow from the wire will be swept away. when someone says: let the plane tied brooms to sweep. what a ridiculous idea. some people cant help laughing. but the chairman still record this proposal faithfully .the meeting continued. wires will be moved to the underground., attached a small pulley to the wire, the pulley slides from one end of the wire to the other end, so as to play the role of sweeper. the idea of the plane snowing is very interesting. in fact, it will generate a huge blast when the plane passes .which is sufficient to wire snow ripped off. then we realized, perhaps the snow advice isnt that funny.

osborn (1957) suggested that there are benefits of brainstorming in groups, however, much of the prior research in psychology suggests that brainstorming groups h1a: brainstorming groups will identify fewer fraud risks than nominal groups. although carpenter (2007) found that interacting groups of external auditors did not generate as many ideas (i.e., quantity) as did the nominal groups of individuals, she predicted and found that brainstorming groups generated more quality fraud ideas (i.e., relevant fraud risks) than those generated by the individuals in the group. hoffman (2009) also documented benefits to group brainstorming, finding that external auditors who interacted in a group were more likely to effectively modify
their audit procedures than individual auditors working independently. lynch et al. (2009) suggest that variations in the conduct of the brainstorming can improve the groups identification of quality ideas.

摘要现今,教师越来越重视对自身教学实践的反思,而这种自身教学实践的反思,是当代教师在教学实践过程中不断进行的一种自我认知活动。另一方面,反思性的教学实践是将教师的教学活动与学生的学习活动有机地结合起来,使得教师可以依据实际来提高自身教学实践的有效性。因此,教师自身有效的反思性教学实践,可以在很大程度上促进教师自身专业的发展,并且教师进行教学实践的自我反思,是对自身的教学理念、模式等方面的积极主动的探究与改革,其具有的现实意义影响更为深远。

教师在自身教学实践过程中进行自我反思,可以对自己在教学实践中的问题进行有效的探究和解决。
