职位职能:人事专员培训专员/助理/培训师职位描述:Training

1.联系培训老师、确定培训主题、内容与方式;

Contact with trainer to confirm training theme, content and method

2.协助编制培训教材,收集、提交有关背景材料,并对培训教材进行评估;

Assist to compile and evaluate training document and related background material

3.根据培训计划,做好培训日程安排和会务相关准备

Develop training schedule according to training plan and make related arrangement

4.开展培训效果的评估,提出改进意见;

Conduct training effect evaluation and put forward improvement;

5.建立员工培训时间、课程等信息档案,记录员工培训动态情况;

Establish staff training time and course and other information file to record staff training pro cess

6.根据公司培训需求与外部培训公司接洽,对课程进行初步筛选,并向相关部门、个人提交外训建议; Contact with external training institute based on company training requirement and make ini tial selection for course and provide external training suggestion to related dept and employ;

7.评估员工职称状况,对于存在职称达不到岗位要求人员进行培训,以获取岗位所需职称要求. Evaluate staff current position requirement, arrange training for those unqualified staff to me et with position requirement.

协同人力资源部经理处理有关劳动争议 Support HR manager to solve labor disputes

1.制作有竞争力的技术方案,以赢得新载气项目,提高年度销售额

To prepare competitive technical solution, to win new CG project, increase annual sales

2.监控现有工厂损益情况,提出优化方案,以提高OI

To monitor P&L of existing plant, optimize the system to improve OI

3.跟踪并利用区域内二手设备信息,减少公司现金流

To monitor and relocate idle equipments in region, to reduce the cash flow

4.联系集团技术专家,学习并推广新产品

To connect with expert in globe group, to study and spread the new technology

5.收集相关信息,以建立新工厂需要的数据库

To gather the information to create the database for new plant reference.

职位描述: Responsibilities

Building a local company culture and value system in accordance with the corporate and divi sion requirements, guide employees sense of value, improve company employer image;

按照总部相关规定建立相应的企业文化体系,引导员工价值观、维护企业良好形象。

1)Provide support and guidance to managers on all HR related on-going problems, includi

ng but not limit to employee engagement, retention, termination etc. 对于所有HR相关事务包括但不限于员工劳动合同签订及终止,留住员工等向业务部门提供支持。

2)Manage employee disputes, accept employee complaint and labor dispute; and feedbac

k according to related regulations and laws; 负责处理员工纠纷和争议,受理员工的各类投诉及劳动纠纷;并参照国家法律法规、公司规章给出相应的处理意见;

3)Analysis and give consulting when new or updated government and corporate policyies

are made; Assist to make HR related policies and regulations; 针对国家劳动法律法规及集团规定的订立,进行及时的政策分析与咨询工作,协助制定人力资源相关规定;

4)Take part in employee talk and make record for the data source of employee relatonship

affairs; 参与各种形式的员工面谈,记录面谈结果,为公司的员工关系提供必要的资料;

5)Other tasks assigns by superior. 其他主管分配的职责。

Requirements:

1)Bachelor degree or above; 本科以上学历;

2)At least 3 years working experiences in HR field in MNC, know well about each HR functi

on and practice; 至少3年以上跨国公司工作经验,精通HR各职能管理。

3)Good communication, negotiation, influence, mediation and conflicts management skill

良好的沟通、协调及矛盾管理能力。

4)Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skill. 较强的组织、多任务处理

及时间管理技能。

5) Proficient both in Chinese and English. 良好的中英文表达能力。
