Article 4 the delivery of houses

Party a shall take full responsibility for any property disputes arising from the sale of the premises.

Article 5 liability for breach of contract

（1）party b shall pay 20%of the price of the premises to the no-fault party as liquidated damages if the party fails to perform the obligations or perform the obligations under the contract.

（2）if one party causes economic losses to the other party due to the breach,it shall be liable for damages.

Article 6 termination of the contract

Once the contract is signed,no party shall unilaterally terminate the contract unless the terms and conditions are agreed upon.

Article 7 other matters

If party a and party b agree to enter into a supplementary clause or supplementary agreement without violating the relevant laws and regulations,the supplementary agreement shall have the same legal effect as this contract.
