公司2013年形势任务教育宣讲提纲

2013年～电力集团公司二届一次职代会和党的工作会议相继闭幕～为了更好地贯彻落实公司“两会”精神～扎扎实实地开展好以“固本强基～创优增效”为主题的形势任务教育尤为重要。“固本”就是进一步突出发展主营业务,“强基”就是按照集团公司和辽河油田的要求～进一步夯实以“新三基”为主要内容的基层基础工作,“创优”就是各级领导干部、广大职工群众立足岗位创佳绩、建功业,“增效”就是广开财源～多点创效～确保完成各项既定经营目标。“固本”、“强基”、“创优”是措施和途径～“增效”是最终目的和结果。各级党组织～要通过开展2013年首轮形势任务教育～把广大职工的思想统一到公司二届一次职代会和党的工作会议精神上来～把干劲激发到完成各项工作任务上来～把人心凝聚到电力集团公司可持续发展上来。
