我来到这个世界，

因为我希望生活得有意义，

我希望活得充实，

汲取生命中所有的精华，

把非生命的一切都击溃，

以免让我在生命终结时，

发现自己从来没有活过。

I came to this world

because I wanted to live deliberately.

I wanted to live deep

and suck out all the marrow of life！

To put to rout all that was not life.

And not, when I came to die,

discover that I had not lived.

The day is cold,and dark,and dreary;

天冷、阴暗、沉闷；

每来一阵狂风，枯叶附落纷纷，

One song can spark a moment,

One flower can wake the dream.

One tree can start a forest,

One bird can herald spring.

One smile begins a friendship,

一个微笑可以开始一段友谊，

One handclasp lifts a soul.

一次握手可以托起一个灵魂。

One star can guide a ship at sea,

一颗星星可以为船儿导航，

One word can frame the goal.

一句话能勾勒人生目标。

One vote can change a nation,

一张选票可以改变一个国家，

One sunbeam lights a room.

一束阳光可以照亮一间房。

One candle wipes out darkness,

一支蜡烛可以驱走黑暗，

One laugh will conquer gloom.

One step must start each journey,

One word must start each prayer.

Never forget

Your presence is a gift to the world.

You're unique and one of a kind.

Your life can be what you want it to be

Take it one day at a time.

Focus on your blessings, not your troubles. And you'll make it through what comes along. Have belief in your ability.

Persist, have courage, be strong.

Nothing wastes more energy than worrying. The longer a problem is carried,

the heavier it gets.

Don't take things too seriously.

Live a life of serenity, not a life of regrets. Don't put limits on yourself.

Your dreams are waiting to be realized.

Don't waste time making excuses.

Reach for your peak, your goal!
