江铃底盘公司采购管理现状与策略研究

摘要

随着科技的进步和经济的发展，全球化信息网络和全球化竞争市场渐渐形成，企业管理模式开始从“纵向一体化”向“横向一体化”转变，从而使企业与企业之间的竞争，转化为供应链和供应链之间的竞争。采购管理是供应链管理中一项极其重要的因素，是实施供应链管理的基础，采购作为大多数企业发生成本最大的领域，在汽车零部件生产企业，采购成本一般占企业总成本的70%以上，因此加强采购管理对于企业而言，降低成本、提高企业的竞争地位有着重大的战略意义。本文在研究了传统的采购模式的基础上，针对供应链采购模式配合准时化生产（JIT）的需求，提出了在供应链管理环境下的供应商管理方式和采购策略。

本文遵循理论结合实际的研究方式，理论方面系统地分析了国内外采购管理和供应链管理的理论的发展过程和现状，针对供应链管理环境下的采购管理与传统的采购管理之间的区别和不同要求，以及及时化生产（JIT）对采购提出的需求，实际方面对国内汽车零部件的采购环境进行分析后，并结合对江铃底盘公司的采购现状进行深入地调研后，通过对其采购管理过程存在的问题进行分析并寻求解决之道，从制定新的供应商关系管理、采购流程和采购成本控制等方面对江铃底盘公司的采购管理进行调整，提高企业的快速反应能力，降低企业的运营成本，从而以升企业的竞争力。

ABSTRACT

With the advancement of technology and development of economic, the globalization information network and the globalization competitive market forms gradually, enterprises management began from "vertical integration" to "horizontal integration" change. so that the competition between the enterprises transforms into the competition between the supply chain and supply chain. Procurement management is an extremely important factor in the supply chain management, it is implements the foundation which the supply chain manages, the purchase takes the majority enterprises to have the cost biggest domain, in the automobile spare part Production enterprise, the procurement cost accounts for the enterprise total cost generally above 70%, therefore strengthens procurement management speaking of the enterprise, reduces the cost, to improve enterprise's competition status to have the significant strategic sense. This article in has studied in the traditional buying pattern foundation, produces (JIT) in view of the supply chain buying pattern coordination punctual metaplasia the demand, proposed under the supply chain management environment supplier mode of administration and the purchase strategy.

This article abide by the way of theory union actual, the theoretical side has analyzed the theory developing process which and the present situation systematically the domestic and foreign procurement managements and the supply chain manage, in view of supply chain management environment under procurement management and between traditional procurement management difference and various requirement, and the timely production (JIT) procurement demands, practical aspects of the domestic auto parts procurement environment analysis, combined with the purchase of the status of Jiangling Chassis Company to conduct a deep investigation, passed on its procurement management process analyze problems and seek solutions, from the development of new supplier relationship management, procurement process and procurement costs by JMC chassis control in the company's procurement strategy adjustment, and improving the rapid response capability, and reduce operating costs so as to rise the competitiveness of enterprises.
