1、使用课堂英语教学的目的
• 营造真实语言环境,有利于提高学生学习听说理解能力。
• 在课堂上尽可能多地使用英语组织教学和讲述内容能使学 生感觉到英语课与其他课程截然不同的特点,并有助于营 造良好的用英语思考和表达的氛围,帮助学生专注于学习 和使用这门语言。
• 用英语对学生进行指令、讲述和评价,能使学生主动理解 和记忆,同时学生在理解课堂语言的过程中,能提升其语 言学习的成就感,从而增强表达意愿,循序渐进培养学生 运用英语语言的习惯和能力。

2、使用课堂英语教学的原则
(1)阶段性原则:课堂用语兼有讲授和语言示范的双重 功能。结合学生语言认识的实际水平,由浅入深、由简到 繁、由易到难、循序渐进。

(4)规范性原则:教师的课堂用语要注意规范性,语音 语调要正确,养成良好的表达习惯。学生具有很强的模仿 能力。教师应注意语音、语调的准确和规范,用语地道, 把握好语速节奏。
(5)激励性原则:从心理学角度来说,鼓励性的课 堂语言能满足学生的成就感,增强其自信,避免 挖苦学生,学生碰到问题,鼓励或换种简单的方 式再问一遍。
人民教师的职责,是培养社会主义现代化事业的
建设者和接班人。

3、教师职业态度
态度
• 是指教师对自身职业劳动的看法和采取的行为,
简而言之,就是指教师劳动态度。
• 首先,教师必须有主人翁的责任感。 • 第二,具有从事教育劳动的光荣感与自豪感。 • 第三,要有敢于吃苦的精神。

(2)、指令语:指令是教师组织和维系课堂的重要手段,教师指
令语的质量在很大程度上影响学生在课堂上的活动,即语言习得。课堂 指令应该简洁、清晰,并且和蔼、可亲,避免过于生硬。尽量使用学 生能够听得懂的“small words。“有些比较难的可以借助表情手势 等加以辅助。如:
• Now, kids, class begins.
• 打招呼
• Good morning/afternoon, kids.
• It’s so nice/I’m so happy to see you again.
• Good kids, you look great/ wonderful today.
• How are you doing, Kids?
• How’s it going?
