要求从一句话或一个主题出发，按照提纲的要求进行论述。

1．阐述名言或主题所蕴涵的意义。

2．分析并举例使其更充实。

注：NEET是Not in Education, Employment or Training的缩略语，即我们所说的“啃老族”。

The problem of NEET has been brought into public attention now in China. NEET refers to the group of the young who are not engaged in education, employment or training. Most of these young people just stay at home, relying on their parents.

There are mainly two reasons for this phenomenon. For one thing,with the

expansion of university enrollment, an increasing number of college graduates go out hunting for jobs every year. Unfortunately, some of them are not fully prepared and thus become unemployed the time they graduate. For another, some young people are badly spoiled as the only child of their family, so they still depend on their parents even when they are already grown-ups.

To solve this problem, first, colleges should provide pre-job training courses for the young. Second, parents should train their children the sense of independence. Last but not the least; college students should equip themselves with skills and knowledge so that they will become competitive when seeking jobs.

Nowadays, American TV dramas are increasingly popular among the young Chinese. More and more people, especially the English learners, are attracted by them.

Some people hold the opinion that watching American TV dramas can improve their English. While enjoying the interesting stories, they can learn some English expressions and practice listening English. By contrast, some other people do n’t think so. They argue that watching American TV dramas has nothing to do with learning, but is a waste of time.

As far as I am concerned, I prefer the former opinion. I would rather learn English through an easy way instead of a dull way. In addition, by watching American TV dramas we can get access to not only different cultures but also native English expressions which are the key good English.
