本工程为射阳县行政服务中心办公楼,采用框架结构,五层,本地区抗震设防烈度为7度,场地类别为II类场地。基本风压0.40 2

本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计又包括平面设计、立面设计和剖面设计。建筑设计中根据综合楼的使用功能、自然条件、建筑造型及建筑艺术和室内布置等各方面要求进行了平面布置和空间组织。

结构设计部分包括结构选型、结构布置、结构计算、构造要求、施工图的绘制等内容,其中还包括抗震设计。在确定框架布局之后,先进行了层间荷载代表值的计算,接着利用顶点位移法求出自震周期,进而按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用下大小,进而求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)。接着计算竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载)作用下的结构内力。找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合。选取最安全的结果计算配筋并绘图。完成了平台梁等构件的内力和配筋计算及施工图绘制。对楼板进行了配筋计算,本设计采用条形基础,对基础进行了受力和配筋计算。

整个结构在设计过程中,严格遵循相关的专业规范的要求,参考相关资料和有关最新的国家标准规范,对设计的各个环节进行综合全面的科学性考虑。总之,适用、安全、经济、使用方便是本设计的原则。设计合理可行的建筑结构方案是现场施工的重要依据。

Title The Office Building Design of She Yang Administrative Service Center

Abstract

This project is a office building of Sheyang Administrative center, which is a frame structure with five storeies. In this region, earthquake intensity is 7 degree and the site is classified as Class II. The basic wind pressure in this region is 0.40 kN/m2 and the basic snow pressure is 0.40kN/m2. Both the floor and roof adopted cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure.

The design of this project includes architectural design and structural design. Architectural design includes plane design,vertical design and profile design. I carried on the flat surface arrangement and the space organization according to the request of its using function, natural condition, the building shape, the building arts and indoor arrangement, etc.

The structure design part includes choosing the structure pattern, arranging the structure, calculating the structure, structural requirements,drawing the construction diagram and so on. After determining the distribution of the framework, representative value of interlayer load is first calculated, then the earthquake cycle is also obtained by using vertex displacement method. According to the size under the bottom shear method to calculate horizontal seismic load, then calculated the level of load under the Internal Forces (bending moment, shear and axial force). Then calculate vertical load (constant load and live load) under the Internal Forces. Identify the most disadvantaged group or an internal force several combinations.
