摘要

塑料工业是新兴的工业，是现代工业中的一个重要的行业，与其他工业相比它是一个年轻的，但发展前景广阔的工业部门。

在机械制造业中，塑料广泛的被用来制造零件、部件。据统计，每年大约有25﹪的塑料用于机电行业各个部门。塑料机械随着工业的发展而逐步的成长起来。在塑料机械中，塑料挤出机是最多的机种之一，是塑料制品加工量最大的一种加工机械。

塑料挤出机在现代工业中有着广泛的应用，其中φ120塑料挤塑机主要用于各种热塑性塑料的挤出成型。若配置相应的机头及辅机，选用合适的螺杆，能将聚氯乙烯（软或硬）聚乙烯、聚丙烯、ABS等塑料连续挤制成管、膜、瓶、带、丝、粒、板、异型材、电线电缆等制品。其主要特点是：吸收国外同类先进产品的特点、电控箱与挤塑机组成一体化形式。设计有多种形式的螺杆，长径比值大。采用可控硅直流电机驱动，无级调速平稳可靠，亦可用变频电机。机筒外设置铸铝加热器，并配有冷却用吹风机。由数字显示温度控制仪实现自动控温、定温。具有轴向力过载保护和扭矩过载保护功能。采用智能化双显数字化温控仪，实现自动控制，控制精度高。

此次设计包括φ120塑料挤出机的总体布局，传动系统的设计，螺杆轴承部分的结构及其布置形式，挤压系统的设计，主要零件的校核。

In the machine-building industry, the plastic widespread is used for to make the components, the part. Statistics indicated that probably has 25 plastics to use in mechanical and electrical profession each department every year. Plastic machinery gets up with but step-by-step growing up of development of industry.

In the plastic machinery, the plastic extruding machine is one of most aircraft types, is the plastic products process load biggest one kind of processing machinery. Plastic forces out machine having broad application in modern industry, phi120 plastic extruders among them are used for various thermoplastic plastics’ mainly to force out molding. If deploying the corresponding hand piece and auxiliary engine , selecting and using the right bolt , being able to Geon (soft or hard) plastic continuation such as polyethylene , polypropylene , ABS be pushed against manufacture the tube , film , bottle , belt , silk , granule , board , heterotypic products such as material , wire cable.
