This system works best, if the following conditions are matched:

2) Paste preparation 浆料调配浆料调配::

Paste preparation should ideally occur in two stages – mixing and dispersing. 调浆会分成两个阶段- 混合和分散。

Circumferential speed of the chopper disk during mixing should be 10 – 12 m/s (for about 15 min).

分散碟的转速在混合期应维持每秒 10-12转 (混合时间大约 15 分钟)

During the subsequent dispersion step, circumferential speed should be 20 – 25 m/s (for ca. 30 min, depending on the setup).

转速在随后的分散步骤期间,应该维持在每秒20-25转(分散时间约30分钟,视乎调浆机的结构)

Temperature should not increase 30 °C and never ever 35 °C to avoid pre-gelling of the paste. Thus, a jacket-cooling of the mixer is indispensable.

为防止出现预凝胶,浆料温度要保持在30°C或以下,不可超过35°C,所以混合器要装有冷却系统。

T should best be monitored by an integrated thermometer.

最好能使用内置温度计。

Power requirement for a 10 to volume should be around 150 kW, lower volumes take proportionally less power.

对于10吨浆料容量的调浆机,功率需求约150kW,如容量较小,功率可按比例调低。

Note: With formulations of very low viscosity, best results are achieved if it is started with 70% of the liquid components.

注意:对浆料粘度很低的配方,先投入70% 的液体材料,以达到最佳分散效果

The remaining 30% are added once T reaches 30 °C.

剩余的30% 液体材料,可在浆料温度达到30°C时再投入。
