中国政法大学法律硕士(非法学)经验分享
复试的形式和题目类型有可能会变，我只是介绍一下我们当时复试的内容，仅供参考哦~~加油！1.形式：专业课笔试、专业课面试、英语口语、英语听力（详见法大研究生网上的介绍）2.专业课笔试：1)题型：A.逻辑推理题（好像是三道选择题，形式有点儿像公务员考试那种题）B.给了李庄案的一堆资料，写一个判决书的概括（占了主要的分值）2)准备（个人准备，只是参考）A.逻辑推理题是买了一本法律逻辑的书，看了一些基础知识B.专业课的知识又把大纲看了一遍，重点背了背。
PS：前年的笔试题只是考的基础知识，所以具体什么题型谁也说不准。
3.专业课面试：A.范围：去年我们只是民法和刑法，但是听说前几年考过法理B.题型：概念解析（如谈一下善意取得制度的理解、说一下什么是交通肇事罪之类的）、小的案例分析等。
C.考试流程：进门先抽一道题→简短自我介绍→看题准备一会儿→开始答题→老师问问题→结束D.准备：看看指南或考试大纲的基础知识，看看一下当下新修的法律和热点问题。
（比如去年刑法修正案八出台，有的老师会问的）PS：题目实在不会问问老师可不可以换个题；不知道的问题可以向老师请教，不要乱回答。
4.英语听力：1)形式：填空和选择2)准备：我当时是练了几套六级的听力题，后来又练了两套雅思的听力题。
5.英语口语：1)形式：三个人一组同时考试2)流程：每个人自我介绍（大约1分钟吧）→老师给一个话题→老师问每个人一个问题→三个人围绕这个话题讨论一下很快就结束了复试不难，只要不是太差，一般不会刷人的~~所以通过不是目的，拿奖学金才是目标哦！我去年笔试分很低，但是复试分比较高，所以拿到奖学金了。
加油哦！！还有一个问题就是复试是在研究生院，提前找好地方住~~我在昌平这边，对那边不熟悉。

1.2 法律硕士专业学位研究生的毕业择业法律硕士专业学位研究生毕业后主要从事立法、司法、行政执法、法律服务和企业管理等实际工作。
根据《中华人民共和国法官法》、《中华人民共和国检察官法》的规定，担任高级人民法院、最高人民法院法官，担任省、自治区、直辖市人民检察院、最高人民检察院检察官，均应当具备法律专业硕士学位以上文化程度。
另外，有些法律硕士专业学位研究生毕业后，考取了法学博士研究生。

中国政法大学法硕(非法学)复试内容全解,这么做才好!
中国政法大学法硕（非法学）近三年来进复试人数及录取人数如下图所示：可见如今复试压力与日俱增，但是很多考生在初试之后对于复试的准备根本无从下手，而且从今年开始，非全日制和全日制法硕都是一条线，这篇文章凯程李老师就此来进行详细的说明，什么才是准备好复试的根本。
首先，录取内容分数和计算方式：复试包括专业课笔试(满分为100分)、专业课面试(满分为100分)、外国语听力测试和口试(各占50分，满分为100分)。
1、专业课笔试专业课笔试命题范围详见《2017年攻读硕士学位研究生复试科目命题范围》。
专业课笔试时间为2小时，试题满分为100分。
2、专业课面试考查笔试时无法考查的内容，重点是对考生思想品得、整体素质、创新能力、综合能力的考查，如逻辑思维能力、语言表达能力、应变能力、心理素质、举止和礼仪等的考核。
满分为100分。
3、外国语听力测试和口试一般由外国语学院统一组织。
外国语听力测试考试时间为30分钟，卷面分为50分。
外语口试小组一般由2名教师组成，口试分值50分。
法大录取分数是初试和复试各占50%来计算的。
其中复试的英语10%，专业课笔试20%，面试20%。
所以每年初试低分考生进复试后逆袭的机会都是很大的。
好多排在后面的考生，通过逆袭也有拿奖学金的，所以一定要重视法大的复试。
法大法律硕士学院法律（非法学）专业非全日制硕士生源不足，报考我校法律硕士学院法律（非法学）专业全日制的考生可根据本人初试成绩排名情况在复试前通过调剂系统申请调剂到非全日制复试。
复试的专业课面试：专业课面试可以说是重中之重了！！！因为是无领导小组讨论。
16年以前是3人辩论赛分正方反方总结方，但是17年突然换了形式，变成了5人无领导小组讨论。
据凯程同学们的反应，幸好在集训营的时候凯程老师多手准备，3人的5人的各种辩论形式都模拟过，不至于慌了神。
而好多其他同学都很懵神。

很多考生在初试之后对于复试的准备根本无从下手，而且从今年开始，非全日制和全日制法硕都是一条线，很有可能今年的录取比例会增大，这篇文章凯程李老师就此来进行详细的说明，什么才是准备好复试的根本。
首先，录取内容分数和计算方式：
复试包括专业课笔试(满分为100分)、专业课面试(满分为100分)、外国语听力测试和口试(各占50分，满分为100分)。
1、专业课笔试
专业课笔试命题范围详见《2017年攻读硕士学位研究生复试科目命题范围》（参考，到时会出2018的）。
专业课笔试时间为2小时，试题满分为100分。
专业课笔试考察逻辑和写作。
2、专业课面试
考查笔试时无法考查的内容，专业课面试考察刑法和民法。
重点是对考生思想品得、整体素质、创新能力、综合能力的考查，如逻辑思维能力、语言表达能力、应变能力、心理素质、举止和礼仪等的考核。
满分为100分。
3、外国语听力测试和口试
一般由外国语学院统一组织。
外国语听力测试考试时间为30分钟，卷面分为50分。
外语口试小组一般由2名教师组成，口试分值50分。
法大录取分数是初试和复试各占50%来计算的。
其中复试的英语10%，专业课笔试20%，面试20%。
所以每年初试低分考生进复试后逆袭的机会都是很大的。
好多排在后面的考生，通过逆袭也有拿奖学金的，所以一定要重视法大的复试。
法大法律硕士学院法律（非法学）专业非全日制硕士生源不足，报考我校法律硕士学院法律（非法学）专业全日制的考生可根据本人初试成绩排名情况在复试前通过调剂系统申请调剂到非全日制复试。
复试的英语面试：
英语口语主要分为自我介绍和三人一组的看图讨论。
所以准备的过程中，可以去搜一些社会热点的图片，先描述一下图片，再说一下图片揭示了什么问题，产生的一些影响。
准备一些分析问题的常用句型，多背一些主体词，找两个同学陪着多练习一下。
资料方面其实就考研英语中的一些漫画就够用，比如16年的考到了二胎政策，17年考了淘宝。
都是社会热点问题。
自我介绍其实不计入分数中，很简短就可以，如果超过1分钟老师会主动打断，所以不用花费太多精力去准备。
考试时大概流程是三个人为一小组。
这三个人是随机分配的。
考试之前大家都在考场隔壁的教室，辅导老师会叫名字，这个时候会确定你的组员。
大概也只有短短的十分钟可以相互认识。
这个时候就要分配好谁先说第一句，也就是描述图片。
切记！！不要一人独秀，老师要看到的是团队互相和谐讨论的局面。
英语好的同学可以在冷场的时候带一带另外两个人。
由于是3人一组，需要产生大家热烈讨论的感觉，不能自顾自的说自己的观点，需要对别人的观点表示赞同，或者相互提问。
最后老师会根据图片问每一个人问题，都是很简单的问题，用一些简单句型来回答即可。
英语听力可以用六级听力和雅思听力来练习。
考试的时候听力和笔试是一起考的，听力会用30分钟。
考完以后收走卷子，再进行笔试。
听力一般都不会很难，考试内容15年是用了6级的一套听力题目。
16年出现了雅思的题目。
所以用这两套题目做练习完全够用。
近三年英语方面是没有什么变化的，一直保持着法大的传统。
英语好的同学尽量自己发挥，老师听了很多固定句式的，对于自我良好发挥的同学还是有偏爱的，同时也建议大家尽量纠正自己的发音。
面试中最重要的就是自信！说话声音要洪亮，不要唯唯诺诺的生怕自己说错了，老师都很理解，说错了也很正常，但老师要看到的是你的自信，你的流畅性和思维连贯性。
当然这些内容，凯程复试辅导班都会为同学们准备。
