振动给料机调试方案Vibratory Feeder Commissioning Plan

⑴设备安装前必须认真阅读本产品说明书，熟悉了解设备性能。

Before installation, read the instruction manual carefully and get familiar with the machine performance.

⑵设备出厂时已达到设计额定值，因此设备到使用厂后，不必再进行调整，只须检查各联接螺栓的松动情况。

The machine is adjusted to the designed rating, it is not necessary to adjust the machine when it is received. It is necessary only to check if all connection bolts are well tightened.

⑶设备可以整台安装，也可以先吊挂好槽体，再安装振动电机，但振动器不得拆开安装，更不允许随便改变主弹性系统和前后质量，以免造成失震。

The machine can be integrated installed, or hang properly the trough first, then install the vibration motor. However, never try to take apart the vibrator for installation, it is even not allowed to change the elastic system and front and/or back masses to avoid losing vibration.

⑷设备的安装必须使槽体不磁化料仓和漏斗，并软性联接，否则产生噪音，影响运行。

The installation of the machine should do such that the trough does not magnizing with the material tank and hopper, and be connected flexibly, or otherwise, it will produce noise affecting the operation.

⑸避免料仓中物料过重压到料槽上，否则因料仓压力过大而影响输送速度，一般在给料机与料仓间应采用调节闸板或过渡溜槽。

Avoid over weighted material in the material tank to load on the trough, or otherwise the heavy pressure of the tank will affect the conveying speed. Typically, a regulating gate or a transition chute should be adopted between the feeder and the tank.

⑹设备安装后必须调整吊挂系统，使四只吊挂受力一致，并使槽体成水平自

由吊挂状态，而承受吊挂系统的支架也须具有足够的刚度。

After installation, the hanging system should be regulated to ensure 4 hangers have the even consistent load, and the trough is in free horizontal hanging condition. The supporter of hanging system should have ample rigidity.

⑺设备吊挂系统调整结束以后，须在额定电参数下空载试运行，调试槽体振幅，只有在振幅达到额定值之后才可正式投入生产运行，否则须重新调整吊挂系统。

After adjusting of the hanging system, operate the machine with no load under the rated electric parameters; adjust the amplitude of the trough. Only after the amplitude has reached the rated value, the machine is allowed to put into production operation. Otherwise, the hanging system should be adjusted again.

⑻振幅大小可从振幅指示牌中看出，槽体振动时直线与斜线的交点即为所指之振幅。

The amplitude can be read from the amplitude indicating board. The cross point of the straight line and the slash when the trough is vibrating can be an indication of the amplitude.
