联邦快递操作要求:
一、交接清单要求
1、交货清单须备注相应的产品名 称,运单号码、快件类型、重量、 件数、目的地国家、付款方式等
内容。
2、随货须提供一式三份的发票, 发票上必须提供对应品名的HS海

-海关决定强制退回货件,在海关 确认货件未能办理入口清关被即
时退回;
-部分国家不能安排IE服务, 例如 俄罗斯;

货值每增加RMB600元将按人民币3.2元收取费用,即申报保险费。
9、商业发票与提单要求:01.需详细(收件人资料、货品数量、品名要有材质和用途),现需多海关要求提供“寄件生产工厂的详细资料”02.商业发票中货物申报价值只允许USD,EUR或目的地币种,发票上需要原产地“MADE IN CHINA”字样;03.必须有寄件人信息(地址必须有,一定要为公司名);04.电池产品、含电池产品、手表类、刀具类、磁性类、墨盒类等有要求;(拒绝接受违禁品)05.纺织品:格式必须以以下格式申报:100% COTTON WOVEN LADIES'T-SHIRT,美国货物最好自带出口证。

二、运单据填写安捷达手写运单,您只需根据运单上说明提示写,写发货人、收货人、电话、地址、邮编、目的站、签收人等信息,最后确认就可以了,最好把货物物品品名、数量、价值写上运单上。
三、快递付款说明A.所有国际快件全部现付/预付款,可现金交易及支付宝、工行等银行转账服务.B.安捷达老客或长期客户,可预存款发货。
因发货余额不足时,安捷达快递将待款项补齐后发货。
四、关于发货中的问题A.安捷达快递客户在快件发出后,要求安捷达快递中途停止服务(扣件)的,在安捷达快递将尽最大可能的进行终止服务操作,但必须通过在线QQ/MSN等或书面形式与安捷达快递业务员或客服确认,如果货件无法并不能保证可以中止服务的。

六、关于快件退件由于收件人不在家,拒收或由于快件地址错误、不详导致货件无法派送的,或由于收件人不愿或无法提供清关文件而使货件在目的地海关无法清关,或收件方拒付关税所造成的货件退回,由发件人承担退件产生的一切费注意:DHL,TNT,FEDEX.UPS 在部分特定的国家是不能在目的国弃件或者销毁的,必须退回发件国进行处理,由此产生的退件回程费用客户必须自行承担,安捷达快递不负责。

For full details of the liability of FedEx Express please read the Conditions of Carriage carefully (1). If liability is accepted at all the limit of FedEx Express liability will vary depending upon the service used.Increased Liability for the Shipment (Declared Value for Carriage)FedEx Express does not provide cargo liability or all-risk insurance for shipments that are sent through the FedEx Express network.The sender may however, pay an additional charge to increase FedEx Express liability for each shipment above the standard limits of liability set out above (subject to limitations set out in the Conditions of Carriage). To do this it is necessary to state the value to which you wish FedEx Express to be liable, this is known as the Declared Value for Carriage (and which is the section that would require completing during the shipping process).Generally for each additional ₹ 3,500 (or part thereof) of liability for a shipment that FedEx Express accepts above the limits of liability set out above an additional charge of ₹ 35 per additional ₹ 3,500 (or part thereof) will be payable, with a minimum of ₹ 180.
