Dear Manager,

I’m Li Hua, an exchange student from China. Yesterday, I went to your cinema to see a film. The film was very good, but I found some problems during the film. So I’m wri ting to bring your attention to the problems I have met.

First of all, when we were waiting for the film, there were so many ads that the film was late. Second, the sound of the film was too loud, which I think will be harmful to the people’s ears. In additio n, the security exit signs were not clear enough, so there was some potential safety hazard.
