轻质燃油冷却器设计

摘要:换热设备在炼油、石油化工以及在其他工业中使用广泛,它适用于冷却、冷凝、加热、蒸发和废热回收等各个方面,油冷却器是电力系统中普遍使用的一种油冷却设备,同时也适用于冶金、化工、矿山、轻工及重工等部门。其中固定管板式换热器是列管式换热器的一种典型结构,管束连接在管板上,管板分别焊在外壳两端,当管壁与壳壁温度相差较大时,为安全起见,应有温差补偿装置。由于其制造成本低,选用材料广,故在工程上广泛应用。

本次设计在安全前提下,从原始数据开始经机械结构设计和强度计算和校核详尽地阐述了本台换热器的设计过程。换热器的机械结构设计,是为了保证换热器的质量和运行寿命,这个过程必须考虑很多因素,如材料、压力、温度、壁温差、结垢情况、流体性质以及检修与清理等等来选择某一种合适的结构形式。而机械强度计算主要是在已确定的零部件结构下计算换热器其他结构和对所设计的设备的各个部件进行强度校核,以便可以顺利的进行运转。

Design of Light Fuel Oil Cooler

Abstract: Heat exchange equipment is widely used in petroleum refining, petrochemical, and other industries, it is suitable for cooling and heating, evaporation and condensation, heat recovery and so on. Oil cooler is a kind of oil cooling equipment widely used in power system, also applies to the metallurgical, chemical, mining, light industry and heavy industry and other departments. The fixed tube plate heat exchanger is a kind of typical structure of the shell and tube heat exchanger, Tube connected to the tube plate, tube plate are respectively welded on both ends of the shell. When the temperature difference between the tube side and the shell side is large, for safety reasons, should have temperature compensation device. Because of its low cost, wide selection of materials, it is widely used in Engineering.

The design on the premise of safety, to the principle of economical and practical, starting from the raw data of the mechanical structure design of mechanical strength calculation in detail and explained the heat exchanger design process. Mechanical structure design of heat exchanger, is to ensure that the quality and service life of heat exchanger, the process must take into account a number of factors, such as material, temperature, pressure, temperature, wall scaling, fluid properties, as well as maintenance and cleaning, and so on to choose a suitable form of structure. While the mechanical strength calculation is mainly for various components of heat exchanger structures and equipment designed to check its strength in structural components have been identified in the calculation, so that it can be running smoothly.
