Unit 9 When was it invented?

Period One(Section A 1a-2c)

◆学习目标:

1.知识目标:

1)单词及短语2)谈论发明物的历史。

2.能力目标:能在具体语境中正确运用被动语态。

3.情感目标:学会谈论重要发明的历史及用途并发表自己的看法。

培养学生的创新意识。

◆学习重点:重点词汇用法及被动语态用法。

学习难点:一般过去时被动语态的构成。

◆课前探究

一、课时重点:

1.)The passive voice 被动语态:

英语中动词有________语态和________语态两种语态。主动语态表示主语是动作的________者,被动语态表示主语是动作的_______者, 在被动语态中动作的执行者有时用by短语表示出来.

主动语态变为被动语态的步骤:

1.把原主动句中的宾语转换为被动语态的主语.

2.把动词改为被动形式,即“be + 过去分词” . 注意be动词要按新的主语的人称和数进行变化,时态要和原来的主动语态的时态保持一致.

3. 原来主动语态句中的主语,如果需要,就放在by后面以它的宾格形式出现. 如果没有必要就可以省略。其他的成分(定语,状语) 不变, 句式也不能变.

被动语态的构成:

1.一般现在时am / is / are+动词的过去分词

2.一般过去时was / were+动词的过去分词

3.含有情态动词的被动语态: 情态动词+be+动词的过去分词

翻译下列句子:

1.世界上许多国家都讲英语。

2.)be used for doing sth. 意思是“被用来做某事”,强调用途或作用;

be used to doing sth. 意思是“习惯于做某事”;

used to do sth. 意思是“过去常常做某事”。

根据汉语提示完成英语句子,每空一词。
