• It focuses on macromolecules’
stucture(结构)and the relationship
between stucture and function(功能).
• Molecular biology utilize the full range of contemporary research tools, including nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), X-ray crystallography, electron microscopy, mass spectrometry, computer modeling, bioinformatics, and laser spectroscopy, as well as the techniques of modern molecular biology.
Recombinant DNA is made by splicing a foreign DNA fragment into a small replicating molecule, which will then amplify that fragment along with itself and result in a molecular clone of the inserted DNA.
