一、愉快教学,培养学生学习兴趣俗话说“兴趣是最好的老师”,所以在愉快的情景中培养学生的兴趣,全面提高学生的听,说,读,写能力,这是很重要的。

小学英语是小学生跨入英语王国的第一步,激发起学生学习英语的兴趣,让他们从小就喜爱英语,这是最重要的,因此我在课堂上尽可能地开展愉快教学,从而提高学生学英语的积极性,让他们爱上英语,要学英语。

二、加大课堂口语训练力度,积极进行英语思维我们的英语教师必须尽量用英语组织课堂教学, 不讲或少讲汉语。

为了使课堂教学顺利进行,并使之生动活泼有趣,教师可以借助图片、实物或模型等直观教具和表情、身势以及其他副语言行为辅助教学。

例如教“pencil”一词时,教师可先举起手上的铅笔,然后说“this is a pencil”,并重复二、三次,重复时故意把“pencil”一词重读,然后再拿起学生的铅笔说:“look ,this is a pencil”,并点头,作肯定状。

接着,分别举起几个学生的铅笔,还是重复前面的那一句,并点头作肯定状,学生大体就能理解“pencil”的语音信息就是汉语中“铅笔”这个具体实物。

名词教学如此,动词、介词、代词等的教学也不例外,因为小学英语教材中的语言词汇都是相当浅显,紧贴日常生活。

三、学生书本中的“音标”现象不可轻视有不少学生从一开始的英语学习时,就养成了用汉字拼音给英语单词注音的不良现象,这些不良现象看似很小,但是对学生的学习习惯和学习效果会造成很大的影响。

学生是被教的主体。

因此,了解和分析学生情况,有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。

农村的学生英语听,说的能力相对较弱,授课采用较深的全英教学,同学们还不能适应。

另一方面,同学比较活跃,上课气氛积极,但中等生占较大多数,尖子生相对较少。

因此,讲得太深,没有照顾到整体,中下层面而也广,我备课时充分考虑了这点,因此教学效果比较理想。

二、注重学生的学习状况英语作为一种语言ZUI重要的是在实际中使用,所以,除了课堂练习外,还需要让学生在平常生活中多读,多讲,多练。

另外,对部分不自觉的同学还采取组长监督的方式,以确保他们不落后,提升他们的朗读潜力。

在批改作业方面,要求学生的作业即时完成,我也按时地批改,并详细地做好批注,对普遍性错误,在全班重点讲解、分析。

针对个别学生的作业就采取面批方法,单独地分析讲解、帮忙学生解决疑难习题,提升教学质量。

三、充分利用教材的优势,实行情景教学。

牛津英语教学是以任务型学习为基础,以学生为主体,培养学
生语言交际潜力的新型教学模式。

在一年的教学实践和教法探索中,
深深体会到只有更新教学理念,在教学过程中,注重与学生的交流,
展开以学生为中心的互动式教学,才能真正到达二期课改提出的要求,使学生在学习中体会成功,对英语学习产生浓厚的兴趣。

如何在牛津英语的教学中做到这几点,我认为务必有着几方面的
理解。

一、教学理念的更新。

在以往的外语教学中总是以老师教为主,一节课中老师要讲大半
节课,然后就是以学生做练习来巩固所学的知识。

这样的教学比较重
视知识的系统传授和笔头练习,比较忽视听、说、读、写语言潜力训
练和口头练习。

这种教学的后果是使学生患有“英语聋哑症”或“高
分低能症”;另一种教学认为语言相当于一门技能,如同骑车、游泳
一样,多练即成。

故教学时比较强调超多单一,重复的练习和巩固,
这样的后果是使学生对语言的学习产生厌恶感,最后导致失去学习的
信心。

而牛津英语的教学理念是以学生为主体实行学习,在老师教学
过程中要注重与学生的交流,让学生去学会学习,调动和发挥学生的
主体性,培养他们的语言交际潜力。

二、培养自立,发挥学生学习的主动性。

培养独立思考的习惯,对于发展思维潜力是极其重要的。

心理学
家布鲁纳的“认知发现说”认为,学习不是被动机械地构成刺激——
反应的联结,而是主动构成认知结构的过程,布鲁纳十分重视人的主
动性,他认为,学生和科学家的智力活动从本质上说是一样的,无论
掌握一个概念还是解决一个问题,发现一个科学理论,都是一个主动
的过程。

所以,他大力提倡发现法学习,所谓发现法,就是让学生独
立思考,改组材料,自行发现知识,掌握原理、原则。

要尽可能使学
生成为自主而自动的思想家。

可见,教师发挥学生的学习主动性及培
养独立思考习惯十分重要。

三、直观教学,快乐教学,提升学生的语言学习兴趣和语言交际
潜力。

根据心理学理论,兴趣是儿童实行活动的主要动力。

儿童的兴趣
总是和一些用心、肯定的情绪相联系,它能够激发儿童的求知欲,能
够降低儿童意志努力的水准,使其注意力较长时间集中在必须活动资
料上,并能唤起儿童丰富的想象力和创造的*。

有了兴趣,儿童就会主
动地、自觉地参与到教学过程中来,在教学过程中充分表现自我、完
善自我。

而缺乏兴趣的教学,尤其是单纯理智的学习,需要儿童付出
更多的意志努力,把注意力长时间集中在单一的教学过程中,这对于
兴奋性水准高、意志力薄弱、注意力易分散、转移的儿童来讲无疑困
难重重。

此外,因为理智性的学习缺乏必须的情景和趣味,儿童始终
处在羞怯、惧怕说错的情绪状态之中,影响儿童丰富的想象,不能充
分自由地表现自己的思想,使儿童产生厌倦情绪,甚至构成恶性循环。

所以,在牛津英语的教学中,采用直观教具、游戏、全身性的反应活动、都能引起学生对语言本身的兴趣,并能帮忙他们加深理解,加深
记忆。

四、全面,合理的安排课后任务。

牛津英语课后任务作为课堂教学的辅助形式,应和课堂教学实际
紧密联系,但又不是课堂教学的简单重复。

否则,课后任务便失去了
好处。

安排课后任务时,务必思考学生的年龄特点和英语知识水平,
选用切实可行的方法与形式,有组织、有计划、有目的安排课后任务。

牛津英语的教学还在探索和实践中,要真正做到增强师生之间的

作为一名初中英语教师,从事教学工作有14年了,在这期间有过失败的悲伤,但也有成功的喜悦,在那里,我把在英语教学的一些感悟写出来和大家共享。

俗话说:“好的开头是成功的一半。

”英语教学更要从头抓起。

我以为应注重以下两个方面。

1.培养学生的情感。

在学期初的时候,教师要尽快理解每一个学生,了解每一个学生,要多和他们接触,让学生对老师有亲近感,信任感,让他们在学习或生活中有困难时愿意向你诉说,向你求助。

这种信任的情感必定影响他们对英语学科的情感,而且对于你所讲的知识他们会更有兴趣,更愿意理解。

因为“亲其师,信其道”。

了解学生的英语学习状况。

在学期初的时候,要多和学生谈心,明白他们是否喜欢英语,是否擅长英语,了解他们在学英语方面的困难,并表示愿意尽的努力帮忙他们学好英语。

有了对学生的了解,教师在以后的教学中更能有的放矢,因材施教,针对他们的弱点,帮忙其提升,改善。

初三学生的英语基础参差不齐,学单词,记单词的潜力也差异很大。

我以为潜力差的学生主要是没过音标关,对于单词的发音规则不了解,从而导致很难记住的单词的发音,结果单词读不上,课文也就读不上,同时还听不懂别人说的英语。

至于单词拼写不明白按发音去记忆,完全靠死记硬背,结果费了很大劲才背上的单词很快又忘了。

如此时间长了,必然导致对英语兴趣的丧失。

针对这个现象,我认为务必帮忙每个学生过音标关,因为音标是学生学习英语的拐杖,必需教会他们这个必备的工具。

我经常对学生讲,正如砖头是建造高楼大厦的必备的基本材料一样,英语单词就是英语这门学科的最基本的材料。

在很大水准上英语词汇量的大小决定着英语水平的高低。

而新课标对于词汇量提出更高的要求。

在这样的状况下,过单词关显得尤为重要。

在学生掌握音标和简单的发音规律之后,他们读背单词的难度会降低很多。

老师在教单词时应让学生自己先根据音标拼读,然后老师再纠正,领读。

这样做能够让学生有成就感,他们会因为在老师未教的时候就能读单词而。
