概述Description：

GLEITMO 615在GLEITMO白色固体润滑膜的水基悬浮液。

Gleitmo 615 is a suspension of Gleitmo White Solid Film Lubricants in water.

应用范围Field of application：

GLEITMO 615适用于如不锈钢螺钉和螺帽，自攻螺钉或铆钉的大批量零件的润滑。

Gleitmo 615 has been developed for bulk-part-lubrication such as stainless-steel screws and nuts,

self-tapping and self-forming screws or rivets.

使用方法Method of application：

根据摩擦的需要，GLEITMO 615可用水稀释(需达到饮用水的水质标准)。通常，GLEITMO 615

的稀释比例为1：3(离心涂程序的严格要求) 至1：7(滴涂)。稀释时，一边不断的搅拌GLEITMO

615，一连加水。在注入浸液时程序也一样。

在浸入稀释液后，为避免腐蚀，必须用热空气(约60 )立即吹干零件。零件在涂液前应不含油脂。

包装涂液后的零件也应在非常干燥的环境下。对于进行大批量的涂液，采用镀锌行业常使用的

设备比较方便。

Depending on tribologic requirements, gleitmo 615 can be diluted in water (at least of drinking water quality). As a rule, gleitmo 615 is used at a dilution ratio of 1 : 3 (for centrifuge coating procedures,

stringent requirements) and up to 1 : 7 (for dipping). For dilution, water is added to gleitmo 615 while

constantly stirring. The same should be followed for replenishing the immersion bath.

To avoid any risk of corrosion it is most urgently recommended to dry the parts immediately after the immersion process by hot air (up to approx. 60°C).

The parts to be coated should be degreased.

Packaging of coated parts only in absolutely dry condition.

The equipment commonly used in the galvanizing industry has proved to be very convenient in case of

large coating quantities.

防止结冻! 在封闭的容器中，室温下储存12个月。Protect against freezing!

In closed original containers, at room-temperature, storable up to 12 month.
