摘要

如何实现企业健康的成长，国内外做了很多研究，主要是研究资源和核心能力两方面。一个企业要想拥有竞争力，配置合理的资源是前提，而且企业的核心能力又成为企业成长的充分条件。企业成长需要对资源和企业的核心能力进行发展和有效利用。国内外专家学者对企业的成长研究中，利用企业核心能力理论支撑企业的成长，实现企业健康发展，但是该理论体系框架尚未成熟，有待进一步的完善和研究。以核心能力为企业核心，对企业的成长进行研究，综合以前的研究结果，提出企业的核心能力对于企业成长的重要性。在企业的成长过程中，会兼顾到质和量的共同成长，企业成长是质和量共同成长，是企业成长的关键所在。

本文从我国建筑中小企业的成长出发，研究其成长过程中，企业所面临的问题以及遇到的困难。中小型建筑企业需要有粗放型转型，以人才为根基来增强企业的核心竞争力，从而才能长久的成长，以至发展壮大。最后，从增强企业核心能力角度出发，提出企业的成长应注重对成长战略的选择，针对不同成长期，选择合理的成长战略，并不断培养和发展企业的核心能力，使企业向多元化、深层次发展；强调企业的创新能力、营销能力、管理能力、执行能力和转变能力对于企业成长的重要性。企业的核心能力是企业保持长期竞争优势的基石，重视企业核心能力的培养，并以核心能力为主线，保证企业健康持久的成长，对企业的成长具有一定的指导意义。

ABSTRACT

How to achieve healthy growth enterprise, to do a lot of research both at home and abroad, mainly two aspects of research resources and core competence. An enterprise to have competitive power, reasonable allocation of resources is the premise, and the core competence of enterprises has become the sufficient condition of firm growth. The growing need for resources and enterprise core competence development and effective utilization. Experts and scholars at home and abroad to the enterprise's growth in the study, using the theory of core competence to support the growth of enterprise, achieve the healthy development of enterprise, but the theoretical system framework is not yet mature, further improve and study. To the core of the core competence for an enterprise, for enterprise's growth, comprehensive previous research results, put forward the importance of enterprise's core competence for an enterprise to grow. In the process of the growth of the enterprise, giving attention to both quality and quantity to grow together, is the key to enterprise growth.

In this paper, starting from the growth of the construction of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, to study the problems and difficulties faced by firms during the growth process. Small and medium-sized construction enterprises need to have extensive transformation to talent for the foundation to enhance enterprise core competitiveness, which can grow up for a long time, and to grow.In the end, taking from the perspective of the enhancement enterprise core competence, and putting forward the growth of the enterprise should pay attention to the selection of growth strategy, aiming at different growth period, selecting rational growth strategy, and training and development of the enterprise core ability, make the enterprise to the diversified and deep development; Emphasis on enterprise innovation ability, marketing ability, management ability, executive ability and the ability to shift to the importance of enterprise growth. The core competence of enterprises is the foundation of enterprise maintain long-term competitive advantage, attention to the cultivation of core competence, and core ability as the main line, ensure enterprise health sustained growth, to the growth of the enterprise has a certain guiding significance.
