摘要:在我国制造业的发展进程中,装备制造业的产业振兴,虽然任重道远,但必然会带来机床发展的大机遇。提高加工效率,减少制造成本,减轻工人劳动强度是未来机床发展的必然趋势。双面铣床的出现大大的提高的加工效率,降低的加工成本。随着新技术的不断发展,其开发设计制造,也需要不断创新,达到高精度、高效率、高可靠性、低成本的目的。
此设计主要是组合双面铣床的设计。组合铣床是由通用部件组成,具有制造成本低,个别部件可以通过计算选用通用部件。此次设计中:主要设计X,Y工作台的传动机构设计,电机、滚珠丝杠的选用,零件夹具、机床导轨的设计,机床整体结构的设计。了解设计优缺点,选择优点,设计中充分考虑制造成本与制造难易程度。选择设计最优方案,到达设计目的。

Abstract:In the development of our country's manufacturing industry, the industry of equipment manufacturing industry is revitalized, although there is a long way to go, but there will be great opportunities for the development of machine tools. To improve the efficiency of processing, reduce the manufacturing cost and reduce the labor intensity of workers is the inevitable trend of the development of machine tool. The appearance of double-sided milling machine has greatly improved processing efficiency and reduced processing cost. With the development of new technology, its development design and manufacture, also need to innovate, achieve high accuracy, high efficiency, high reliability, low cost.
This design is mainly composed of double-sided milling machine. Combinatorial milling machines are made of common parts, which have low manufacturing cost, and individual parts can be calculated using common parts. : in the design of the main design X, Y worktable transmission mechanism design, the selection of motor, ball screw, parts, fixture, machine tool guideway design of the whole structure of machine tool design. To understand the advantages and disadvantages of the design, and to choose the advantages of the design, the manufacturing cost and manufacturing difficulty are fully considered.
