Gemini 306 设计理念：

该设备型号为Gemini 306是为太阳能面板、背板高速度高精度研磨所设计的专用机种，适合长时间运转及特大产能的生产需求。该设备可连接自动上片系统、钻孔机、清洗设备、增透镀膜、连续式钢化炉等相关设备，完成一体化的全自动生产线。Gemini 306 工作模式：

Gemini 306的第一段结构采用三对钻石轮进行边部高速研磨，第二段同样采用三对钻石轮并在尾部增加一对安全角高速打角装置。两段设备中间则采用机械式结构的直线式转换台，当玻璃通过该转换台时将自动旋转90度。因此实现玻璃四边及四角的研磨一次成型。

技术描述

A.底座结构及桥架移动系统Base and mobile shoulder system

一体式结构：机器结构由一个焊接成的钢体结构构成，用于支撑固定桥和移动桥，且底座宽度超过2米，厚实沉稳。The machine comprises of quite a large electro-welded steel base (over 2 meters). The fixed shoulder and

mobile shoulder rest on this base.

平行度：当进行宽度调整时，由于双侧采用宽大的圆形

衬套，加大接触面，使移动平滑。确保精准的中心线移

动轨迹。Machine bearing: round shaft with bush

runner for both side, it ensure the machine base

smoothly moving on the width direction.

平稳性：底座圆形衬套有沟槽，使得润滑油能顺畅的润滑其滑动面的任何角落。宽大的接触面积保证机器在工作时的稳定性，无震动。The shoulder slide has some

grooves which allow the lubricating oil to arrive in each point of the sliding surfaces.

自动润滑：滚珠丝杠、圆形导轨采用中央润滑系统。

定位精度：移动桥的打开使用两个螺杆，保证长期的

B.主轴Spindle

主轴防水：3 段防水系统可阻止水渗入轴承高精度 V 型轴承已经润滑，无须保养主轴可在3个方向移动（高度、角度、进刀）并由相关刻度表指示。High precise V shaft has been greased. Waterproof system can prevent water filtering the bearing. The

spindle moving in three directions, high speed spindle controlled by inverter are

available for option. The spindle moving in three directions

变频驱动：变频器驱动AC马达、齿轮箱及传动轴AC

motor is driven by inverter, PLC etc mobile system

comprise of worm reduction unit, motion

transmission bar etc. Accuracy is controlled by

encoder.

磨轮更换：磨轮采用200mm直径，固定方式仅由一个螺栓在中间固定，更换快速。

The wheel is fixed to the flange via a single central screw, can replace faster.

C.防锈处理Stainless material

防锈材料：所有与水接触的部件选用了大量的防锈材料，例如：不锈钢，铝，塑胶。

高强度部件，则使用镀镍或镀锌钢板，并有完善的防锈涂层Machine structure specially use the stainless material, such as stainless steel, aluminium, plastic etc.

D.安全角打角装置Dubbing device

高速打角：结构由两个带气缸的马达组成，马达和主轴间用皮带间接传动，转速达5600 rpm，磨轮直径为66mm。整条生产线具有粗磨、精磨、倒安全角等四边一次通过成型的功能。当磨轮磨损时，磨轮可进行垂直方向的高度调整。The belt transmit the motor and spindle, rotation speed reach 5600rpm. When the grinding wheels broken, the vertical place of the polishing wheel can be adjusted.

打角模式：安全角打角的动作，包含

弹簧式机械缓冲装置与纵横向两个方

向的高速气缸组成完美系统可互补并

可通过四个压力开关进行细微调整，

确保打角质量及运作即高速又稳定。
