聚氨酯组合料使用说明Polyurethane Two Parts Material Instruction

本组合料由黑、白两组份组成。适用于在现场混合发泡。

This product contains black and white parts, apply to foaming in the job site.

成份Component：

黑料：异氰酸酯。

Black part: Isocyanate

白料：由聚醚单体、交联剂、泡沫稳定剂、阻燃剂、催化剂、发泡剂等组份组合而成。（如果阻燃剂另外包装，使用前加入白料搅匀）。

White part: Polyether monomer, Cross link agent, Foaming stabilizer, Fire retardant, Catalyst, Foaming agent. ( If the fire retardant is packed individually, it shall be mixed in white part smoothly before use.

简要使用说明 Instructions：

1、所有操作应由专业人员进行。

All operations shall be done by professionals.

2、按要求搭好模腔，除去设备施工面上和模腔内的油污、水份及其它杂质。Well build the cabinet, the insulated surface and cabinet shall be free of grease, water or other contaminants.

3、黑、白料按1:1比例经计量倒入一容器中，马上用机械搅拌器搅匀，在乳白

之前倒入模腔内发泡。

The nix ratio of black and white parts shall be 1:1. Mixing shall be in container, special equipment and tools are required. Pour the mixture into the cabinet before cream.

4、如果模腔要拆除，需要等泡沫熟化后拆除。

The cabinet can be removed after foam curing.

注意Notions：

1、白料中已含全部发泡所需组份，如添加其他组份需在专业人员指导下进行。White part contains all foaming components. If special component is required, it shall be added under the direction of professionals.

2、为了保证白料的性能，请在十五天内用完。

White part shall be used within 15 days, to ensure the property.

3、黑料严禁接触水。

It’s forbidden to mix black part with water.

4、所有组份请在密封，20℃下保存。

Store tightly sealed under 20℃.

5、泡沫质量受现场环境影响很大，请在15-25℃下施工。

The circumstance will affect the foam quality seriously, apply between 15-25℃.
