摘要
本工程为张家口##办公楼电气工程设计,包括照明系统设计、供配系统设计、 智能建筑弱电系统设计、火灾报警及消防联动设计、防雷接地设计。
照明系统设计:本工程涉及照明有正常照明、公共照明和应急照明三部分,照明 设计使用利用系数法进行计算,根据建筑物内各房间的用途确定照度,合理选择光源 与灯具,并进行照度计算及校验;插座设计依据规范要求,合理布置普通插座和空调 插座。供配电系统设计:在本工程中公共照明、配电室照明、消防控制室照明、机房 照明、消防泵、喷淋泵、排污泵、电梯电机均为二级负荷,其余为三级负荷;对进行 相应的负荷计算,确定其敷设方式并按发热条件选择线缆,选择合理的低压开关设备。 智能建筑弱电系统设计:主要是综合布线系统设计和有线电视系统设计。根据规范进 行信息点数目计算,并进行均匀布置。火灾报警及消防联动系统设计中,由相应条件 确定防火等级,根据各房间的具体情况,选择探测器的类型,依据探测区域的面积及 探测区域的高度等数据进行探测器个数的计算,并将探测器合理布置。同时我们需要 合理布置扬声器、手动报警装置、消火栓启泵按钮、消防联动装置等,进行火灾报警 及消防水泵联动的设计。防雷接地系统的设计中,首先确定建筑物的防雷等级及雷击 次数,设计内容主要包括避雷带、避雷网格、等电位端子箱联结的布置,利用自然基 础做接地体,通过测试点测试电阻,如不符合,则要补打人工接地体。

Abstract
This project is Zhangjiakou an office building electrical engineering design, including lighting design, power supply design, intelligent building design, building fire design, building lightning protection and grounding.
This design content is: Lighting Design: this project involves lighting with normal lighting, public lighting and emergency lighting in three parts, lighting design by using coefficient method to calculate, according to the purpose of each room in the building to determine the reasonable choice of light source and illumination lamps, and the illumination calculation and check socket design according to the specification requirements; reasonable arrangement of common socket and air conditioning socket. Power supply design: this project consists of two level load and three load distribution, public lighting, room lighting, fire control room lighting, room lighting to load two, the remaining three class load; the corresponding load calculation, determine the installation according to the heating conditions Selection of cable, low voltage switchgear was selected. Intelligent building design is mainly the design of integrated wiring system design and cable TV system, information points in the design according to the provisions of "weak national technical measures for design of civil construction electrical > to layout. Safety design of building: the main building of the lightning protection and grounding design this project, through calculation, lightning 0.05 times /a, belong to the third class lightning protection and grounding design, and according to the above conditions including reasonable selection of lightning protection equipment.
