摘要

本文围绕农民增收问题，研究农产品供应链的构建。结合时代化背景和现代化手段，运用供应链的知识对现有农产品供应链各个节点进行优化，删减不必要的、耗时、耗力、耗材却不能增利的环节；探讨现有农产品供应链滞后在哪里，将滞后环节疏通、改善；为农产品供应链引入新环节，使供应链更加通畅，反应快速敏捷。农产品供应链健全、完善了，整个供应链上的物流、资金流才能畅通，农产品的成本才能从根本上降低，中国的农产品在价格上才会重新具有竞争力；通过对供应链上信息流的整合，农产品的研发、改良才会有完整而有说服力的数据，从而生产出优质农产品，中国农产品在质量上也具有竞争力。低成本、优质、有竞争力的农产品在优质的供应链上才能实现供应链各个节点的利益最大化和利润公平、合理的分配，农民才能从本质上实现增收。

Abstract

This paper focuses on the issue of farmers income, the construction of agricultural supply chain. The background of the times and modern means, the knowledge of the supply chain of existing agricultural supply chain to optimize each node, deletion of unnecessary, time-consuming, labor-intensive, supplies, and increased profits can not link; of the existing agricultural lag in the supply chain where the lags clear, improved; for the agricultural supply chain to introduce a new aspect of the supply chain more smooth, quick quick response.
