【摘要】随着网络技术日新月异的发展，网络应用已充斥在世界的每个角落，网络仿若与生活密不可分。网络颠覆了传统的运行模式，用它独特的方式改变着我们的生活。互联网作为一种新兴技术，将互联网与传统行业相结合，相当于给传统行业加了一双“互联网”的翅膀，借助互联网的技术来推动传统行业的发展。本文以高校教师教学质量评价系统为例，阐述网络在教学方面的一些应用。

本系统采用VS 2008集成开发环境进行开发,后台数据库采用SQL Server 2005数据库系统来存放数据信息，开发架构采用B/S架构的模式进行开发，可以让系统运行在任何有互联网的电脑上方便用户评估使用。

本系统分为管理员，教师，学生三类登录群体。管理员负责管理教师与学生名单，通过制定课程让教师明白职务，通过制定评估指标让学生对老师进行评估，以此为依据进行以后的职称评定，做到奖惩分明。教师可以查看自己的课程及评价，改进自己，提高自己，完善自己。学生通过对教师的评估让教师改掉不足之处，有助于自己更热爱学习及取得良好成绩。

【Abstract】With the development of network technology, network application has fill in every corner of the world, network copy and life are inseparable. Network overturns the traditional running mode, with its unique way of changing our life. The Internet as a new technology, combining Internet and traditional industries, the effect of the traditional industry with a pair of wings, that "Internet" with the help of the Internet technology to promote the development of traditional industry. Based on university teachers' teaching quality evaluation system, for example, some applications of network in teaching.

This system adopts the VS 2008 integrated development environment for development, background database using SQL Server 2005 database system to store data information, the development of architecture adopts B/S structure mode of development, can make the system run on any computer with Internet convenience for the user to evaluate.

This system is divided into administrators, teachers, students of register groups. Officer is responsible for the management of teachers and students, teachers understand that position by making course, through establishing evaluation indicators for students to evaluate teacher, on this basis for future title evaluation, rewards and punishments and clear. Teachers can view their own curriculum and assessment, to improve themselves, improve themselves, improve themselves. Students of teachers' evaluation for teachers to abandon shortcomings, help yourself more love of learning and get good grades.
