【摘要】：目的针对BILT肝病治疗仪联合美肠安辅助治疗肝硬化的临床疗

效展开分析探讨。方法选取我院2018年11月~2019年11月收治的50例肝硬化

患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各25例。对照组采用常规

治疗方法，治疗组在常规治疗方法基础上予以患者BILT肝病治疗仪联合美肠安

辅助治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后，治疗组患者乏力、纳差、

腹胀、肝区不适等症状有明显改善，有利于建立微循环，体征变化优于对照组

(P<0.05)；治疗后，治疗组肝功能及其生物化学指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)，组

间治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BILT肝病治疗仪联合美肠安辅助

治疗肝硬化临床效果理想，可有效改善患者肝功能及微循环，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of BILT therapy instrument combined with meicang 'an in the treatment of liver cirrhosis

[abstract] : objective to analyze and discuss the clinical efficacy of BILT therapy instrument combined with meicang 'an in the treatment of liver cirrhosis.Methods 50 patients with cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were randomly pided into control group and treatment group, with 25 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment, while the treatment group received BILT liver disease treatment instrument combined with meizang 'an auxiliary treatment on the basis of conventional treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups

was compared.Results after treatment, the symptoms of asthenia, tolerance, abdominal distension and liver discomfort in the treatment group were significantly improved, which was conducive to the establishment of microcirculation, and the changes of physical signs were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the liver function and biochemical indexes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the comparison between groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion BILT therapy instrument combined with meicang 'an has an ideal clinical effect in the treatment of liver cirrhosis, which can effectively improve the liver function and microcirculation of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.

目前，肝硬化是临床常见的肝部疾病，其与患者的生活方式及免疫功能存在

密切关系，近年来我国肝硬化患者数量急剧增多，严重影响患者的生命健康。BILT肝病治疗仪采用微电脑控制，对患者的肝细胞修复及肝功能恢复起到积极作用。美肠安通用名为枯草杆菌.肠球菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊。本品含有两种活菌--

屎肠球菌和枯草杆菌,这两种菌是健康人肠道中的正常菌群成员,服用本品可直接

补充正常生理活菌,抑制肠道内有害细菌过度繁殖,调整肠道菌群。本文结合我院

1 资料与方法
